LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Beary Cobbler is a beautiful new cabin that is situated in a secluded cul de sac in Alpine Mountain Village Resort, and has sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. This "beary" sweet cabin comes with endless amenities and is furnished with your comfort in mind. Less than 5 min. from the parkway and 10 min. from Dollywood, this cabin couldn't be more centrally located for you to enjoy all of the entertainment that the Smokies has to offer! The stunning 3 bedroom/3 bathroom cabin still has the "like new" smell! It boosts plenty of space for gathering and just as much space for personal time. Enjoy the open concept living and dining room space, which is also opened to the kitchen with granite and top of the line, stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom suite offers brand new king mattresses with comfortable bedding. There are full en suite bathrooms attached to all 3 king suites. The game room offers plenty of options for your group, as well. Whether someone wants to challenge their buddy to an air hockey game, or a game of pool, or sit by the multi game arcade system, it’s there for you! If you’re just looking to relax, we have a brand new sleeper sofa and a large flat screen TV too.
Upstairs, the kitchen is fully equipped to cook even the largest of meals to enjoy at the dining room table with your family and friends. Right outside the dining room, is a gas grill, cleaned after every stay, and ready to use during any season. Whether the big game is on, or there’s a special event happening within your group, the grill is available!

Hello all! Our names are Leann and Amanda and we are the owners of Vacay & Stay Property Rentals, LLC. Many years ago we set out separately to host our own properties with our partners, so that we could share all that this beautiful area has to offer, connect with people from all over and make sure all guests needs are met. We are travelers as well and pride ourselves in being far more aware than most rental companies in regards to what the guests need are in order to have a care free vacation. It is our goal to make sure that each and every guest leaves happy and refreshed!

Brand New! Never lived in before, never previously owned! If you are looking for a carefree vacation, without the chance of a water heater going out or the HVAC unit freezing up, then this is the cabin for you! Less wear and tear and immediate communication with the hosts if something doesn’t meet you’re expectations or if you have a question or concern!
