A living room area - large sofa, coffee table and a television and dining area with a table.
And finally a sleeping area equipped with a 140 cm convertible sofa which can be isolated from the main room by a curtain.
This detached house was completely renovated in 2024 and very well maintained.
It is composed of a balcony - terrace facing North East (approximately 15 m2), fitted with a pretty shaded outdoor lounge that allows you to enjoy the calm during the afternoons.
In the garage, transformed into a laundry room, you will find the washing machine and the additional fridge.
The spacious bathroom includes a shower and a sink, separate toilet.
A recent television is available in the living room. French channels only.
In the two well-decorated and air-conditioned bedrooms there are double beds in 140 (mattress 2024) and storage.
Utensils such as pans, saucepans, glasses, cutlery and plates are available to travelers as well as duvets, cushions and cleaning supplies.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.
