The kitchen area has a 4-burner ceramic hob, a Senseo pod coffee maker, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment and a central island.
The flat has a south-east-facing balcony with table and chairs.
The Sunset Lodge residence, with its secure bike room, is due to be completed in 2023 and is just 300 metres from the beach, shops and restaurants of the seaside resort of Narbonne-Plage.
