Relaxing with great view

Great place and host was friendly and accommodating. The condo was clean and tastefully decorated. View is fantastic and when the weather isn't the greatest the balcony is a great place to sit and look out at the Gulf.

Everything was as pictured and promised to be. The location was perfect and full view of the gulf was perfect. Bed was so comfortable, kitchen very adequate. We would stay there again.

A Perfect Little Efficiency

The apartment was clean, well furnished, and everything worked as intended. The overall property was very-well taken care of at all times, and included all amenities that I think anyone could want for a seaside vacation.

Excellent property to enjoy beach life.

Beachfront studio at it’s finest! Owner was very friendly and helpful. He installed a grab bar in the shower so that I had a safe experience. He responded quickly when I had any questions. I definitely would stay here again.

Great Stay for Two!

The one bedroom studio condo was very cozy for the two of us. The new mattress was very comfortable, slept well. Great view of the Gulf. Nice having the washer and dryer in the room. Easy to take of for two weeks as cleaning supplies were available. Pool area was super. Only complaint was you couldn't access the beach until 8 am from property, end of April. I can see the reason during the winter months. We had to use the public access next door for a 7:30 am walk but no problem getting back in after 8 am. Liked having protected parking as well and no problem for guest visiting for a short stay.

This unit was perfect for our needs. The location was great. The pool was clean and we were very close to the Gulf. We would have leased this unit again for longer next year except for our commitments were holding us back.
