The Space:
Sleeping Arrangements
River Street has three separate apartment units that make up the entire house rental. This home is recently renovated and great for large groups that want to vacation together but still have a little bit of their own private space. Please note each apartment unit has its own entrance.
Apartment 1 has one traditional bedroom and can sleep 4 guests (1 King Size Bedroom, and 1 Sofa Bed in the Living Room).
Apartment 2 has the same set up of Apartment 1 with one traditional bedroom and can sleep 4 guests (1 King Size Bedroom, and 1 Sofa Bed in the Living Room).
Apartment 3 is on the second floor and has four traditional bedrooms and can sleep 8 guests (3 King Size Bedrooms, and 2 single beds in their own bedroom).
Our bedrooms feature Casper Mattresses, quality linens, and are thoughtfully decorated. There is a Smart TV in each bedroom (except for the bedroom with two singe beds) as well where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming account. Bedrooms each have spacious closets with shelving so you can comfortably unpack for your stay. Each room has its own climate control so that guests can adjust to their individual preference.
The Kitchen
Each apartment unit has its own kitchen, equipped with all new appliances and finishes as well as cooking utensils, pots and pans, general spices, and basically all the tools you need to make morning pancakes, spaghetti bolognese dinner, and everything in between. (Groceries not provided.) For morning coffee, there is a drip coffee maker and coffee, but you are welcome to use your own flavors as well. You will find all the dish ware, serve ware, and drink ware you need for such a large group to dine, but don’t worry, we have you covered with a dishwasher too.
Bathrooms
There is one bathroom each in Units 1&2 of River Street and 2 bathrooms in Unit 3, all of which feature a shower rain head and body sprayers and the bathrooms are all stocked with toiletries, a hair dryer, and super plush towels. Unit 1 also has a large bathtub, perfect for filling with bubbles or salts to kick back and relax.

In the main entertaining area of each unit is a Living Room next to the kitchen and dining room. Here you will find a comfy sofa, coffee table, and a 65” Smart TV (where you can easily sign into your Netflix, Hulu, or other streaming account), perfect to gather around and relax. Also in each unit is a washer and dryer for your use.
Outdoors
If BBQ-ing is your thing, we have you covered with a propane grill at each. An extra tank is provided in case the one there runs low and needs to be swapped out.
Guest Access:
Guests can enjoy the privacy of the entire house.
Getting Around:
A short walk through the neighborhood to Crandall Park. The bike trail to Lake George is very closeby. Easy walk into downtown Glens Falls where there are fabulous restaurants and things to do.
Nearest airport: – Saratoga County Airport - 44min drive from the house.
Nearest train station: Fort Edward– 1hour and 35min drive from the house.
Nearest bus station: Warrensburg Amtrak Bus Stop – 3min from the house location.

PARKING
Please feel free to utilize the entire driveway for your vehicles throughout the length of your stay. It can hold up to 5 cars. Note that we are not responsible for personal items left in your car.
HOUSE ACCESS
The entire house is yours for the length of your stay. Feel free to enjoy the private deck, fire pit, BBQ, and seating areas around the yard.
OUTSIDE GUESTS
If you'd like to add an additional guest to the booking, please be sure to add them to the reservation or reach out to Stay at Lina team if your stay has already begun. We can typically accommodate up to the max number of guests noted on the original listing and no more. We cannot offer customer service for extra people who don’t have an official reservation through the platform, and any liability waivers won’t apply. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS
SECURITY
Stepping out of the house? Keep your belongings safe and secure by remembering to close and lock all the doors and windows before leaving the property.
CHECK OUT
Our check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Please make sure to do the dishes (it’s ok to place the remaining dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle), take the trash out and close the door before leaving. Don’t forget to do a final walk thru of the house to make sure you haven’t left behind any personal items.

Please note that we are not responsible for any items left behind. Lina will make every effort to search and find your forgotten items after you check out but we do not guarantee if they can be found.
FRIENDS OF MOTHER NATURE
Please note that we are located in the countryside, surrounded by trees and foliage. Although we have regularly scheduled pest control services in and around the home and yard, you are still likely to see a few insects or other living beings from Mother Nature. We ask that you do your best to keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the amount of outdoor creatures from sneaking in.
PETS
We love pets and allow them in our houses, but please let us know if your are bringing your furry friend(s) along. Please understand that all of our furniture and decor is new and pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. You will be responsible for any visible wear or damage your pets may cause. The maximum number of pets we allow is two.
REPAIRS AND MAINTENANCE
We cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of heating, air conditioning, appliances, TVs/media equipment, stereo equipment or pools/spas. Please report any inoperative equipment to us promptly. We will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. If you demonstrate that the problem persists after being given phone instructions by our team, a maintenance service professional may be dispatched. NO REFUNDS OR RENT REDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE DUE TO MECHANICAL FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS, INTERRUPTIONS OF UTILITIES, MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS OR CONSTRUCTION IN THE AREA. WHILE LINA WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO REPAIR ANY MAINTENANCE ISSUE IN A TIMELY MANNER, IT CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT THE ISSUE WILL BE FIXED DURING A GUEST STAY, AS THE COMPANY MAY HAVE TO GO THROUGH HOME WARRANTIES. Lina will always look for alternative solutions to ensure and prioritize guest comfort.
