Are you ready to escape to the perfect beach neighborhood in Isle of Palms? Then look no further than this lovely 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located right in the heart of the island! This neighborhood enjoys proximity to local shops, restaurants, a grocery store, ice cream shops, and is only a three-minute walk to the beach. Couple all that with access to a beachside community pool and tennis court, and you're living the best of the Isle of Palms lifestyle! The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather.

Journey into the home and you'll be greeted by an atmosphere of coastal elegance, with bright interiors and redone vinyl plank flooring. The living and kitchen area is open concept, and guests will find the kitchen is fully equipped, allowing you to make your own snacks and beverages in-between hanging out on the beach. The kitchen includes state-of-the-art appliances along with both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig for those who love their coffee right away! A four-seater breakfast bar makes for a great place to enjoy a quick meal, and a dining set seats six, plus two more with an added leaf.

Travel onto the living area, where you'll find a plush sectional sofa and a cozy chair surrounding a mounted flat-screen television. From the living room, you can step out into the screened-in porch, which offers a sitting area with ample seating, and access to the back deck that has four rocking chairs—classic southern charm all around!

Inside, you will find three bedrooms, each with their own distinct setup. The first offers a queen-size bed, while the other offers a twin bed and a double-size bunk beds, along with additional drawers for storage. The master is the prize of the property, offering a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a private bathroom that feature upscale updates like a tiled walk-in shower with rimless glass doors. The shared full bathroom for the other two bedrooms is also renovated, giving everyone a touch of luxury!

On the outdoor ground floor of the home, you'll find a breezy seating area, with additional amenities like a charcoal grill and a picnic table for outdoor BBQing and dining. Complete with strung white lights and a porch swing, this area is perfect for a bit of outdoor unwinding. You'll also find the outdoor shower down here, with a private changing area and warm water—great for rinsing the sand off everything before heading upstairs. Guests will find two easy beach access paths from the property, making this property a dream come true!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. NO PETS. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 25 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given. Further, this home is strictly a non-pet friendly home. Guest will be fined $1000 if a pet is found to be on the property at any time.

Shockingly perfect

This was a last minute booking for us and we are very familiar with the island, but have never stayed in this ‘community’ of homes. It was perfect! Well fitted out interior from towels, kitchen supplies, toiletries… which is appreciated! We stay in a lot of vrbo’s on the island. It’s an incredibly easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, and gorgeous home! Last but not least, communication with the property managers was so easy! And so accommodating! Thank you!

Cancellation Policy:
Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information.
