Located at the top of a county maintained road, this property offers a truly rare combination of spectacular views, privacy, ultra fast fiber high speed Internet, and limited/no noise pollution while maintaining proximity to Boulder, Golden, and Nederland.

Guests will be provided a keycode for entrance and will be able to access the entire house, property, and two car garage.

Other things to note:

Property is located off a well maintained county road that is accessible by all vehicle types. In winter (roughly Oct-April), this road is plowed, but AWD or 4WD is required.

Property has high quality fiber Internet for WiFi calling with any cell phone. Traditional cell coverage can be limited, but AT&T does also have 5 bars of service.

Awesome views!

We had a wonderful week visiting our son. Property was clean, beds comfortable, and views from every room were breathtaking! We were fortunate enough to see about 6 inches of snow one night which was a bonus, even though we were not able to make it quite up the shared driveway even in a AWD but it all worked out well and didn’t hinder anyone or any plans we had. Phil is a wonderful host!

Wonderful family stay

We loved everything about this house and what made it a plus was the host who was attentive to every little detail and in constant communication with us if we had a question. The view was amazing and the property itself was clean & a great home away from home for some family quality time. We definitely cherished our time here, hopefully will book again soon in the future!

Million dollar view

Absolutely beautiful views. It's a great location with access to many wonderful attractions and parks. The property is clean but could use a few updates with pots pans, stove, and lack of homey touches. The hot water is HOT so be careful. Local dining and even live music, too...Overall a beautiful place we would enjoy visiting again

Bachelor Weekend

This was the perfect house for a weekend with the fellas. Fantastic views, a good kitchen, easy access to town and ski resorts. We were as happy to hang out at the house as do anything else!

Fantastic View

The process was easy from booking the property to checking out. Phil, the owner, was so easy to work with. The property was just what we were looking for. Waking up to that view will be a memory we will carry with us. We look forward to our next visit to the Colorado Rockies.

Colorado Mountain Dream

Everything is exactly as seen on the online photographs. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and even the roads to access the property during the summer months were easier than we had anticipated. As was said on an earlier review, I strongly suggest that you bring camp chairs with you as the outdoor seating is not overly comfortable. Also, be prepared that some kitchen supplies may be limited, but the property manager will have more brought over.

Great View!

The house was beautiful, but could have used a little warmth and decor. The kitchen was well equipped, except the plates were chipped and there were no dish towels. Also, there were very few glasses. We needed "rocks" glasses or cocktail glasses, and there were only water and wine glasses. So little things like that would have made it better. The shower was hot and views were spectacular!! I would highly reccommend and definitely would return! :)

Fantastic Views! Lots of space!

This house is amazing! I didn't think the the views would live up to what was shown in the pictures, but it far exceeded my expectations! I took a hike straight up the hill behind the house only to find even more amazing views of the area, with the dam and reservoir in the distance. It was nice to have a spacious garage to park in for loading in and out on our daily adventures. The house itself had more than enough room for the 4 of us. We stayed 5 nights, and on the last day, we stayed all day at the house. This would be a great place to get away and not leave if you're not coming to do the Colorado tourist things, as we were. We were able to conveniently drive from here to Boulder and Golden for shopping and eating. I highly recommend this place as a getaway stay or launching point for exploring Colorado.

Amazing views

Great, well kept, spacious home with an absolutely incredible view. The house was very clean with large rooms available for all family members. Kitchen was well appointed, wifi was excellent, and access was very easy. The directions and information provided by the owner was excellent, the house was easy to find and the in/out process couldn't have been any easier. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay at again.

Unbelievable view...

Spent a weekend at the property with family. The house is spacious and bright. We spent most of our time on the deck taking in the amazing view at all hours. Easy check in/out. The host was responsive and very helpful with directions.

Relaxing

Such a relaxing stay for our family! The views were incredible, beds were comfortable, and all the finishes were very nice. Nothing negative about the listing! There was a decent amount of items in the pantry left over, so I recommend checking out what is in the cabin before shopping. Only two very minor recommendations - some plastic cups would be nice for kiddos (or recommend bringing some if you are traveling with kids), and some Adirondack or lounge chairs on the deck would be nice instead of the benches. This vacation was perfect for us - and the house was a BIG part of that!!! Don’t hesitate booking this place - it is wonderful!

Perfect Mountain Views

As amazing as the views and home were…hosts were just as amazing providing detailed info for things to do and info needed for a great stay. Home was clean, views off the deck or any part of the house was simply amazing. Fully stocked kitchen and bedding/towels/etc made the stay complete. My two teenage sons had a blast playing foosball and air hockey. My wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine staring into the mountain range and my in laws enjoyed their cup of morning tea like never before enjoying the same view. We would stay again in a heartbeat. Having split out time between RMNP and Pikes Peak, it was the perfect location to stay. Thank you !!!

Picture perfect

Property and owner were both excellent! The views were absolutely amazing I have the most amazing pictures and different ones each night! Wildlife was plentiful, we had many chipmunks, squirrels, birds, hummingbirds flying right to your face and a deer walking around the house a couple of days… Things to note… this home is not exactly child proof so the doors should be locked if no one is out there… the house is cool but a fan is a good idea if you get a little warm once in a while… and finally get what you need before you come up because it’s a long way back down for milk or eggs … other than that. We loved it. My family of 6 and a 2 year old had an amazing time. Phil was super responsive and helpful with things to do. Coors tour was fun.. lookout mountain was neat.. Golden and Boulder were find little towns. Enjoy

Great Place, But Motorcycles Beware

This property was clean, well stocked, and in a beautiful mountain setting with a commanding view of the Rockies. The air was always crisp and clean, even in late June. The owner was great with communications. However, a word of caution if you plan on riding motorcycles out of this property. My wife and I brought 3 sportbike motorcycles in a transport vehicle. Because of the property's steep, dirt driveway, we were required to very carefully hand guide the motorcycles down the driveway each time we went out. I was able to ride the bikes up the driveway, but it was a challenge. Do stay here, it's great! However, don't bring 'street' motorcycles to ride.
