Le Mas du Hameau
This charming property located in a delightful hamlet in the Luberon countryside near Apt and Saignon commands a superb view of the hills.
It is set in an 8000 sqm garden benefiting from shady terraces, a secure 11 x 3 metre heated overflow swimming pool (alarm), a boules pitch and a ping-pong table.
Meticulously renovated and beautifully decorated, it includes a double living/reception room with a piano and a wood burner, a TV lounge, a recreation room/library, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room, and a studio apartment comprising a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom (TV) and a shower room.
The upper floor includes a master suite with a dressing room and a bathroom, and a suite (TV) with a shower room.
The top floor comprises a TV lounge/recreation room, a suite (TV) with a shower room, and an air-conditioned dormitory with a shower room.
A self-contained apartment on the 1st floor and accessed from the exterior includes a living room with a kitchen area and dining facilities, and three bedrooms each with a shower room.
The dormitory is air-conditioned, while the other bedrooms are equipped with efficient ventilators. As the building is old with vaulted ceilings and thick walls, it remains pleasantly cool in summer.
While the building is semi-detached, the environment is nonetheless peaceful, and the swimming pool is hidden from view.
Available for rental throughout the year (Saturday to Saturday in July and August).
Short stays (4 days +) are possible from November to March.
