Enjoyed our stay here. The house was roomy, nice outdoor space also. Liked that we could bring our dog. The neighborhood was very nice and loved that it was riverfront property.
Very enjoyable stay as this very comfortable, spacious, well accommodated home. We trailered our motorcycles so we were not there during the days of our stay as were out and about riding around the beautiful, non-traffic congested countryside roads - making sure we hit all the marina's around Dale Hollow for future visit planning. Can't beat the location to this beautiful TVA reservoir.
I have no complaints. We enjoyed our stay very much. They have plenty of activities to utilize and was only a 10 min drive to Dale Hollow Marina. This house had plenty of room to accommodate 9 people and seems people who stay here leave behind what they do use for the next person which is such a great idea. We would definitely stay again.
This property was as described and met our needs wonderfully. We were there for a family reunion nearby and had family from different states stay together at this property. The bedrooms are very large and spacious. Grateful this house is located on a hill as the river in the backyard was swollen and overflowed her banks during our stay. Overall we highly recommend this home.
The house was beautiful and cozy. Located in a quiet neighborhood and great to sit outside and just relax. We would definitely go back, especially with it being just minutes from the lake.
We had a great time and the space was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. The fireplace on the back patio was nice to relax by in the evenings. The owner was very quick to respond to messages!!!
The place is very close to Dales Hollow Lake. We would definitely stay again.
This spacious home was comfortable and well-appointed, including fishing gear. We loved the gas fire table and the bbq grill, all with a beautiful view to the river. This is an older home with large outdoor entertainment areas. The covered patio was what we enjoyed most, though the kitchen was a close second - plenty of room for lots of cooks to work together while others relax by the island
If you're ever in need of a VRBO in Celina, TN, this could be the perfect place for you, assuming you need room for 4+ people. It's got 4 bedrooms, a large, well-stocked kitchen, and a very nice covered deck to relax on. Overall, it's a great place for a large group!
There are some things the owner should look into soon before the next guests arrive. There were cockroaches throughout the kitchen and first floor...not a pleasant experience! The outside grounds could use some TLC, as the bushes in the front need some serious trimming, and there are several trees in the back that are dead and need to be cut down.
But other than those fixable things, this place is a gem! Hopefully the owner will address these issues, and restore this property to it's proper glory.
We stayed with 6 teens celebrating graduation and everyone had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. Some favs - the huge kitchen counter, smart tv & comfy couch, back patio relaxing, kitchen window looks out to the beautiful yard with easy access to the Cumberland/Obey River, and the disco shower head with great water pressure! WIFI worked very well in this quiet, friendly neighborhood. Pleasant Grove Park is a 10min fun getaway! Thank you to the fantastic owner! We will be back!
The kitchen was great, and the house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. It was generally clean but the rugs throughout could have used another once-over.
We were hoping to enjoy the river and outdoors a little more. Maybe throw a pole in. However, the property was too overgrown along the river to really enjoy it. It was even difficult to see the river from the back porch. It had limbs down and overgrown piles of limbs stacked up. The grass was tall with many clumps of cut grass left from the recent mowing. The front bushes (including a prickly rose bush) were overgrowing the front walkway leading to the door.
We started the grill the first night and the propane ran out within a few minutes with no backup tank. Not a good start to the weekend.
We were in town for a family reunion so only stayed for a long weekend, but we were hoping for a little more.
