This charming 44 m² air-conditioned flat is fully equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. It comprises a bright living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower cubicle and WC.

For the night-time, there is a ground-floor bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), ideal for a peaceful night's sleep. Upstairs, you'll find a second spacious bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and two single beds (90x190 cm), perfect for the whole family.

For added convenience, a washing machine is available in the kitchen, making your daily life easier during your stay.

Outside, the house has a pleasant terrace with an awning, ideal for enjoying sunny days in the shade. The perfect setting for relaxing in the open air and taking full advantage of the Mediterranean climate.

The town of Vias will win you over with a multitude of activities, including a visit to the André Malraux art gallery, a trip on the Canal du Midi, the pleasure of strolling through the streets of Vias on the seafront, enjoying a day at Europark or hiring a bike and cycling along part of the famous Canal du Midi or along the Mediterranean coastline.
Access to the various beaches of Vias is easy via the cycle paths (2.5km) or directly from the on-site car parks. There are plenty of water-based activities on offer on the various beaches, including diving, sailing, jet skiing or paddle boarding, kitesurfing and wakeboarding, sea kayaking... The accommodation is located close to a host of restaurants, bars and other shops.

This charming home is located in a private and secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-oriented.

## Transit
By train: Vias train station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those preferring to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station with TER and TGV services. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias.
By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. This airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre.
By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.

## Notes
During July and August, the accommodation is only available for rental from Sunday to Sunday.
A security deposit of 200 € will be requested upon your arrival.
Guests are invited to bring their own bed linen and towels.
You can book bed linen and towel kits for €10 per person per stay.
Outside July and August, end-of-stay cleaning is optional.
However, if you prefer, we can do it for you for a fee of 60 € TTC.
End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory in July and August.
If the cleaning fee does not appear when booking, it must be paid on-site when collecting the keys.
Youth groups are not accepted.
Pets are welcome in this accommodation with an additional fee of €40 per stay.
