Awesome Cabin!

Very clean, close to Town, and plenty of amenities to keep three teens and a 10 year old occupied.

A Get-a-way with Bae

The cabin was wonderful , well kept up and clean. It was right off a the main road so was easy access to the strip. The rooms were just as they looked on the website. We had a relaxing trip . I will book again!! 😊

Okay, once (most) everything was fixed

It was a good location off Wears Valley. It was very close to other houses, but still pretty quiet.

Late fall break

It was clean once we got to check in. Disappointed though it wasn’t ready when we arrived. Not the view we expected either, really no need for the telescope. Only three pool sticks and very awkward trying to play. Couldn’t play darts because there was no way or place to hang the board. Second night couldn’t watch any t.v. Beautiful home and very spacious, served its purpose! Wonderful hot tub once it heated up.

We had a beary good time.

The location is excellent and just what we needed for a family of 6! You have the feel of being in a cabin and staying on the mountain, but you are only minutes from all the attractions and places to eat. We loved that it was clean. Parking gets tight but we only had 2 vehicles so we made it work. The pool table is nice to have but the placement of it in the house was odd and made it difficult to walk around and play.

Great house!

The house was just what we needed for two families. Our only complaint was that the downstairs bed was sunk in. It appears the frame was messed up. Messaged them about it and it should be fixed for the next visitors! You can’t go wrong with this little house.

Great Location

The cabin was cozy, clean and spacious! Plenty of room for all 4 of us to have our own space if we needed an afternoon nap after hiking in the morning before going out in the evening. The view from the huge decks was a peaceful line of trees. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning. We enjoyed playing pool while watching TV in the movie room in the basement. The neighborhood was quiet. Very convenient quick drive to Kroger without getting in the main highway traffic! Before we realized that, we had placed a pick up order at Walmart, which was about a 20 minute drive away and the shelves were bare! The cabin location was great! It was close to restaurants and entertainment! With traffic it was about a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg one day. We only had one minor issue, but it was fixed fast. The hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, but the owner quickly responded and sent someone over. It was an easy fix, just needed to flip the breaker.

Weekend stay

Everything was great. Except that you were not able to lock the front door from the inside. Our 5 year old autism son got out and we couldn’t find him. It took us about 10 minutes and we finally found him on the porch of another cabin. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a child safety lock to put on the handle of the front door.

Not worth the price!

The beds are terrible and need to be replaced. The dryer door is broken. Cabinets are broken. Fireplace is fake, hot tub doesn’t heat up correctly and much more.

Spring Break

The only thing we loved about our experience with Blackberry Bijou is the location. The cabin was not clean when we checked in. I had to sanitize the upstairs commode. The refrigerator was not clean and the ice maker did not work. If you plan to enjoy the hot tub don't too excited about the one there. Jets are very weak. The out grill is electric and did not work up on check in. Plan to bring your own blankets if you have more than 4 guest.

Horrible!!!

After sight seeing all day we came home to the cabin after dinner around 8. No one contacted me all day and and when we went to shower the tub still filled up ankle full with water, that's so nasty! We left around 9 pm. I'm so frustrated and disappointed! Is this how you treat your guests? We drove 5 hours home last night!! I want a full refund this was the worst experience that I e ever had!!!!

Believe the reviews not Vacasa’s reponses

We made the mistake of giving this property a chance and believing Vacasa’s responses to previous reviews that they had fixed the broken beds. They had not. After the first night when two of our party had to sleep on the floor, fortunately the property manager delivered an air mattress. In addition, the condensation pump was malfunctioning and we extremely loud making sleeping very difficult. Apparently this was a known issue to the owner, as a repairman showed up as we were checking out. If the owner could figure out basics Including functioning, birds that match the number of people of people the property marketed toward, enough chairs at the kitchen table to match how many people are property sleeps, and keeping up with basic maintenance between guests, this could be a nice place to stay.

Perfect cabin convenient to everything

Cabin was perfect for my daughter and I plus my parents to enjoy a few days together in Pigeon Forge. Location is perfect! Super close to the Island and central to everything, while also being in a cute, quiet cabin development. My parents took the bedroom on the main level since they don’t do great with stairs and my daughter and I slept downstairs. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to return.

2nd time we have stayed in this cabin

All the things to do near by and I think we all had the best time just hanging at the cabin! Movie theater, pool table & arcade games perfect family time! Nice pool in the complex as well. You couldn’t find a better location close to everything yet far enough to be peaceful

Wasted time and money

Got in late and first thing me and hubby wanted to do was jump in the hot tub. BIG MISTAKE! We were in for about 10/15 mins and started noticing how nasty it was. There was a nasty black grimy ring all around it and white stuff floating in the water. Blinds were broken in about every room. No privacy. Grill would not work. Dishes stove top and counters were all nasty. Hairs on towels and sink in the bathroom. Stickers from clothing from past guest were left stuck to the headboard on our bed. Doors were nasty. I basically spent my whole first day cleaning. Tried to correct these issues with management and was offered a small refund back which was a huge slap in the face since we stayed five days and wasn’t able to use any of the amenities. My husband gets one vacation a year and this was a total waste.

Dirty disarray

The cabin was filthy upon arrival and many things were broken. Dust covered pretty much every surface, dirty dishes in the cabinets, stained pillows and blankets, pool table coated in dust and stained, cobwebs in virtually every corner and across lights/chandelier. Broken lamp and pool triangle along with taped up remotes. For the price definitely not worth it and will not come back and will go out of my way to dissuade people from booking a home managed by vacasa. The tinniest of silver linings, we were promised a refund of the cleaning fee but doesn’t feel like enough after cleaning the place to make it comfortable to stay.
