This charming apartment was recently “refreshed” with a bathroom and kitchen remodel and fresh paint throughout. Windows on all sides provide sunlight and cross breezes. 950 square feet includes a large bedroom with a desk, closet and queen sized bed, living room with ceiling fan, bathroom with a claw foot tub, separate water closet and washer & dryer. A chef designed kitchen with 3 appliances all the kitchen tools opens onto an eat-out deck which looks out over the garden. Cable TV, internet, access to garden and fresh eggs and vegetables upon request. A 20 minute walk to downtown. Great restaurants, bars, markets and museums are all within walking distance. The ocean is a 10 minute drive in 3 directions.
