Welcome to Sea Sanctuary, a professionally decorated third-floor condo in beautiful Seacrest Beach! It is very well appointed and spacious at 1,800 sq ft, occupies the entire third floor of the building, and features an elevator. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home is a perfect escape for multiple families or families with children.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and white maple cabinets. A spacious living area with hardwood floors, large flat-screen TV, DVD, and WIFI compliment the kitchen with an open concept.

This condo features two master suites with king beds, private baths, walk-in closets, and TVs. You can enjoy three balconies: one large balcony with a dining and lounging area overlooking the tropical, multi-level pool, a second balcony with a small ocean view and chairs for viewing the sunset, and a third cozy balcony with a cafe table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee. The condo also has a full-size washer and dryer.

We lived our stay here! Location was perfect, the pool was right next to us and the beach was just across the street. We had to leave a day early due to the storms and tornados in AL and TN on our way home.

In great need of renovation

This unit rented as a high end unit. It was a premium price. The pool view is not as the same online picture either. The unit hot water did not work properly we had to call about that and the washing machine did not work properly either. This unit rented at least 100 per day over what it should be. The community is nice our friends rented a whole house for a less expensive price than I paid. I would not rent this unit again.

Loved it!

Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also enjoyed renting bikes for a day that was also walking distance from the condo. My family and I loved the place! We also enjoyed the porch and how it looks out to the pool.

This was a great location!

Rebecca was wonderful to work with! The property was very clean and easily accessible to the beach (tram stop was right outside our condo), a quick walk to the shops and restaraunts at Seacrest, and the pool was just steps from the condo. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back!

We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! The property was in a great location for bike rentals and within walking distance to restaurants. It was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. We only had four people, but there was plenty of space for a larger family..

Perfect Location on 30A

Unit is exactly as pictured with plenty of space and a beautiful open kitchen that overlooks the pool. Communication with the owner was very easy and an app guidebook is provided before check in to help with the information on the local area, check in, check out. Everyone enjoyed our stay!

Amazing walkable location

Our family had an amazing stay! The location to the pool kept things easy with our young kids. The food at the pool was delicious. The trolleys to the beach were so wonderful. It was walkable, but the trolley was preferred with young kids. We never got back in our car after we parked. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Fantastic Time at Seacrest

It was our first time visiting in October. We loved the condo and the weather! We usually stay in a house. We all preferred the condo because we had less people this time. The location next to the pool is convenient and greatly enhanced our stay. We will be back!

Loved our stay! The unit was spacious and well appointed. The porch and porch furnishings were great. The unit is a 5 minute walk from the beach - much easier to walk than take the tram. We will be back.

Excellent location

Excellent location, close to an easy access to the beach and wonderful community pool which is right behind the condo. Felt very safe with four teenage daughters running around on their bikes and walking on foot to all the different shops and restaurants.. Plenty of bedrooms and plenty of sleeping options. Highly recommend

Wonderful Change of Pace

Typically we stay in the Orange Beach area, Rosemary Beach is such a nice change. The condo was great!! Very roomy, clean, great patio space!! The elevator is so close to the unit!!
