Featuring 7 total bedrooms includes 2 first floor master suites. Granite kitchen, dining room, executive office, solarium, 3 fireplaces, hardwood floors, sauna, 3 bars, game & fitness room, 43 seat state of the art streaming movie theater are just for starters. The grounds feature a shallow gunite in ground pool (No Diving), outdoor hot tub, 3 car garage, lighted tennis court, bocce court, gazebos, wood fire-pit for evening gatherings. All this sites on 7.8 beautifully landscaped acres fenced in. Set back from the road private and secure. The home is always professional cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. All sheets, towels and linens have been freshly dry cleaned & laundered. Bath towels, hand towels and wash clothes are provided. Basic paper products like toilet and paper towels are provided. We also have a laundry area where an iron, ironing table, basic bleach, soaps and fabric softeners are available for use.

There are two first floor master suites, one with a queen bed and the other has a king bed. There are five bedrooms upstairs. Three of the have queen beds and two of them have queen beds and a twin xl in the same room. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a portable futon. One of the first floor master bedrooms also has a crib that can easily be moved from room to room. There are also 3 cots available at no charge as long as prior notice is given.

Our kitchen area offers a 5 burner electric cooktop, double oven, microwave, fridge with ice/water & dishwasher. There are enough silverware, glassware, serveware and dinnerware for 15+. There's a large amount of frying, sauce and sautee pans as well as cookie sheets and muffin tins for baking. We have a majority of the utensils you will need for cooking and BBQ. Our coffee pot runs on ground coffee or Keurig cups. There is a toaster and blender as well as a basket of freshly laundered pot holders and kitchen towels available for use. Here you will also find a cabinet of cleaning supplies available for use should the need arrive during your stay. (Windex, Clorox wipes, Lysol, etc.)

Our basement features a seat/beanbag movie theatre that has most recently been upgraded with new 4K projector, larger screen and more powerful sound. The system is 100% wireless and allows streaming through apple tv account with easy one remote access. To help celebrate this new addition we've also installed a popcorn machine for your enjoyment. If you decide the current movie selection is not for you you can step into the basement bar/billiards area. This area features a 2nd full size refrigerator/freezer, full size pool table, chalk and sticks. Adjacent to that you will find another gaming area featuring a foosball table and full size ping pong/table tennis table. Lastly you will find a fitness area that features: A treadmill, 2 bicycles, trampoline, fitness bands, and floor mats. There is also a half bathroom that services this area.

Our outdoor pool area features a 5 burner BBQ grill, 2 dining tables that seat 6 each. 2 Lounge chairs, several misc. chairs around the pool & firepit. A new 5 person hot tub that is open year round. There is a screened in gazebo that offers another table and 4 more chairs. Just past the garage is our newly resurfaced bocce court ready for action. Just opposite of that you will find our lighted tennis courts. Please note the pool is shallow and only 5 feet deep. No diving is allowed! For you music fans there's a wireless Sonos system installed that will allow you to stream music around the pool from your smartphone. On the back patio you can find all the toys you may have forgotten at home. Inflatable beach balls, beach towels, floats, tennis rackets, sunscreen, bug spray and the makings for some fun lawn games. (we always suggest bringing a fresh set of tennis balls)The pool is typically open from Memorial day to Labor day.

Were 30 minutes from Saratoga Springs /Albany International Airport/Adirondack Park. As well as area attractions like Howes Caverns, Mohawk Valley Gateway Overlook, Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame, Rivers Casino, Herkimer Diamond Mine, Lake Placid, Wineries of the Finger Lakes, Adirondack Animal Land, Apple Orchards, Saratoga Race Track, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, Dozen's of ski resorts, Great Escape - Six Flags, Boldt Castle, Corning Museum of Glass, Boxing Hall of fame, Santa's Workshop, Proctors Theatre as well the MVP Arena. In the home we offer an abundance of information about local attractions and towns as well as a list of recommended restaurants and experiences in the area.

We truly are a 4 season destination and would be happy to assist with local reservations or recommendations. As always our caretaker and housekeeping crew are there to handle your every need should they arise. We want your stay to be a comfortable and enjoyable one.
