Ideally located, you will have walking access to the beach of Toga, the new Port and all its shops (restaurants, bars, nautical base, etc.) as well as 2 tennis courts and 3 courts of Squash.
You will find all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant stay with family or friends.
The area is very quiet, tranquility assured.
For 6 people, the villa is spread over 2 levels.

- A lounge with TV.
- A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area: fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker + Nespresso…
- A bathroom with walk-in shower + WC.
1st Floor:
- 3 bedrooms with double beds 140x190 cm including 2 with TV.
- A bathroom with bath + WC.

Broadband Internet (fiber optic).
Supplied sheets and towel.
Deposit: 1000 euros to give the day of your arrival and to restore at the end of stay.
