Villa of more than 230m² fully air-conditioned with undeniable charm including 5 bedrooms and 3 shower rooms you can easily stay up to 10 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a beautiful welcoming living space, a dining area, a fully equipped and functional open kitchen (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator...) with a beautiful and large terrace.
The sleeping area is made up of three comfortable bedrooms with cupboards, the first with a 160x200 double bed with its private shower room and bathtub. The second and third bedrooms have 140x190 double beds and share a shower room.

On the garden level, two bedrooms await you with wardrobe, one bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and the second with a 140x190 double bed. Two of the bedrooms share a spacious shower room.

The exterior of the villa is just as incredible with its summer kitchen including plancha, sink, refrigerator overlooking a magnificent 10mx4 mirror pool;

You can relax or have an aperitif on its terraces and its two levels which offer many possibilities.

Parking on the property is available to you throughout your stay.

A ping pong table as well as children's bikes are available in the accommodation for the enjoyment of young and old alike!

CLEANING FEE IN THE AMOUNT OF €300 MANDATORY TO BE GIVED ON ARRIVAL TO COLLECT THE KEYS TO THE ACCOMMODATION (these costs cover cleaning done by a cleaning company as well as household linen cleaned by a dry cleaner, so that you arrive in a clean place is disinfected)

Household linen provided for the entire duration of the stay (no change during the stay unless reserved in advance at an additional cost):
- 1 fitted sheet per bed
- 1 duvet cover per bed
- 2 pillowcases per bed
- 1 bath towel per person
- 1 bath mat per shower room
- 2 tea towels
Heated swimming pool from May to September

DURING YOUR STAY :

--> To notify us in the event of damage or breakage.

--> No overflow will be accepted. We ask you to respect the neighbors as well as the noise level in the evening and morning.

BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE ! Please kindly :

--> Empty all the Trash Cans in the Accommodation before your Departure.

--> To collect all the Sheets and Towels in one Place (returning them to normal useable condition).

--> To Replace Objects and Furniture Moved During Your Stay in Its Original Place.

--> Make the dishes clean and put them away as well as empty the dishwasher.

--> To clean household appliances (hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, barbecue, etc.).

--> Make the toilets clean.

--> To throw away or take all the started food
In the event that the accommodation is left dirty we will charge you the following rate: €250 upon leaving the premises in addition to the obligatory cleaning costs on arrival.

In the event of loss of keys and beeps given, breakage of a key/beep or lock, the costs of changing locks and duplicate keys will be the responsibility of the traveler. Parties are prohibited in the accommodation out of respect for neighbors.
Pets are not allowed
Non-smoking accommodation inside but accepted in the garden on condition that you throw your cigarette butts into the ashtrays.
