Welcome to my 45 m² ground-floor apartment in the heart of Paris' 15th arrondissement, a stone's throw from Montparnasse and straddling the 14th and 15th arrondissements. The area is quiet, yet close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment is spacious, modern and offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. I hope you enjoy your stay! :)

## Logement
Located in Paris, this modern accommodation comprises 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a beautiful lounge area with a second sofa bed and TV.
You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay, including : Oven, TV, hairdryer, washing machine, 2 WCs.
You'll also have excellent public transport links for strolling around the city and its surroundings!
The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask me for good addresses - I'll be delighted to share my favorites with you!
A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each guest.

## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Metro/Bus: Line 13 (Porte de Vanves station): 11 mn walk.
