The residence "Les Soleillades" is a quiet, secure residence with swimming pool!

This pretty pavilion is composed as follows:
- A small exterior with a pleasant terrace with barbecue
- A parking space
- A living room with sofa overlooking a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet.

- Upstairs: a mezzanine double bed (140) a sofa bed, and a cabin with bunk bed. (90).
Good to know:
- Pets under 6 kilos are accepted.
- Filter coffee maker.

- Ideal for families the residence is located close to an inflatable playground open in season.

What to do in and around Valras/ Sérignan?

A multitude of activities are available nearby: Bike rental, Jetski, petanque, Karting, Tree climbing, canoeing, etc.
In case of bad weather: Organize a visit to the Toy Museum in Valras or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Sérignan. Alternatively: relax at the Spa or Casino!
All amenities within walking distance: supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco.
Shopping? Commercial area of Sérignan 4 km and Polygone de Béziers 20 minutes.
In the evening: Many restaurants, bars and a club!
Getting around: Free shuttle from Valras-Plage to the city centre from the various free car parks. Bus «line E».
