The downstairs offers ample privacy with a separate living space consisting of a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, a queen bedroom and a sleeper sofa. In the temperature controlled shed, you can store all of your boat and fishing equipment. The shed also has another fridge/freezer for your bait, and a full sized washer and dryer.

Long Key is conveniently positioned between Islamorada and Marathon, making it a breeze to explore either directions. Islamorada is approximately 12 miles north while Marathon is approximately 20 miles south. The island of Long Key offers a post office, gas station, and one restaurant; The Florida Boy Bar and Grill.

Long Key State Park is just a hop, skip, and a jump away and is historically a favorite tourist spot. The park now serves as a tranquil haven for bird-watching, swimming, kayaking, hiking, picnicking, flats fishing, snorkeling or relaxing on the shoreline as you gaze across the Atlantic Ocean.
