Fabulous Lake View! You'll be truly impressed this 2BR/2BA home.
Living room has theater type reclining leather sectional sofa. 70' inch smart TV. Kitchen bar seating with 3 seats. Dining room has round table with seating for 5. 1st. bedroom king size bed, 2nd. bedroom King size bed. We provide 2 single folding beds real fun for kids, but adult can sleep just fine. House great for family. Located within minutes of Siesta Key beach #1 beach in US. about 15 min. from Sarasota Downtown.
We allow ONLY dogs up to 30lb ( if dod is trained well behaved there is no limit on weight) dogs with permission only ( bringing pets without permission subject to 500$ charge).
No Parties allowed!!! quiet neighborhood, we need to respect local people.
Beach chairs x 4, umbrella, beach cart, cooler, beach towel provided to use for our guests. Pallet grill located outside ( no gas grill , no charcoal grill no fire pits on this property )
There are 3 cameras instaled for your own safety. Doorbell camera in front, garage for amazon deliveries, and left front of the house.
You can ride a bike or electric scooter to siesta key beach and explore island. Fresh farmers market close by 0,5 miles, publix 0.5 miles. hooters, shopping within 1 mile, siesta key jetski rentals less than 2 miles drive. Russian deli Taste of Europe 1.5 miles, dowtown Sarasota just 6 miles away, warm mineral springs just half hour drive. Dog walking park and trails in just few minutes walking distance. Ca d zan castle museum 10 miles away. Many things to see, relax and have great time. Garbage is collected on Tuesday mornings. Please place the containers outside either Monday evening or Tuesday morning. When positioning the containers, make sure they are on your right as you face the street.

Fit our family’s needs

We have family who live real close to the beach, but their place is too small for us to stay with them. So I found this rental that was only five minutes from their condo. This house has tile throughout and very clean. The Owner supplies beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels. I like that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house so my kids had their privacy. Lots and lots of windows to view the pond behind the house that has different kinds ofducks, blue heron, turtles that were all fun to watch. Air conditioning works great. Owner is Very responsive to any questions or needs that come up.

Great Vacation Rental

The house was very comfortable and the beds were comfortable too. Very well stocked with glassware and dishes etc. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch where we watched a variety of ducks and birds on the pond. We even saw a flock of green parrots!Nice walking neighborhood with grocery stores and restaurants a short drive away.

Exceptional stay

Came to Sarasota to clear out my parents’ long time Sarasota home. This exceptional home away from home made the trip much easier to handle. This could be the most well appointed VRBO rental I have booked. The host thought of everything: extremely well stocked kitchen, extra paper products, all the beach gear you could possibly need, super linens, bedding, and toiletries. Even cuddly throws for cool mornings we had. Definitely lived up to the photos and description. I would highly recommend this listing!!!

House near Siesta Key

Nice property for up to 4 adults. Convenient and quiet location, just 2 miles from Siesta Key. Shopping and dining choices nearby. Overall very good. I would consider renting this property again.

Relaxing location

The house is well located to conveniences. It backs to a pond that offered nice breezes through the lanai. A lot of fun watching the water birds, turtles and an otter! The owner was responsive to inquiries and the house is well equipped in the kitchen and baths. The house and rooms are roomy and it lives comfortably.

Great Place

This is a great place. It is clean and updated. The location is in a nice little quiet neighborhood at the end of the street. Beautiful view of the retention pond and we really enjoyed watching the hundreds of ducks every morning. Appears they gather to feed from someone on the other side of the small lake. All the necessities were there including my favorite ... a Kuerig machine. EXCELLENT rental and I will definitely stay there again.

The quaint place with water views

To start, the owners communication was great before, during and after our rental. Finding the home, which is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, was easy and accessing the home's digital entry lock was a breeze. Inside the home is nice with obvious attention to detail. The one car garage and the washer/dryer was an added bonus. All that said, it's the large pond behind the house that seals the show. The water is serene, the wildlife is impressive and the small pier in the back yard is a good place to feed the turtles. We liked the location to Siesta Key and the included beach chairs and waggon were a plus. Overall, we will recommend this place to our friends and family.
