The finca is located in a rural area on the edge of a pine forest, idyllically surrounded by a park-like tropical garden. Here you can enjoy peace and privacy, just a few minutes' drive from Conil de la Frontera with the old town and kilometers of fine sandy beaches. The apartment, which offers space for 2-3 people, is located on the upper floor of the spacious, Mediterranean-style villa.
Apartment A "Naranjo" (70 m²): An external staircase leads up to the upper floor. From the private terrace you enter the living area .. From here you can reach a large bedroom (2 single beds 1. 20 m), bathroom and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso / coffee machine, toaster).
Another apartment for 2 people, the spacious, light-flooded studio "Pomelo" with combined living / sleeping area is also on the upper floor of our villa. Both apartments are separate from each other, each with its own entrance and private terrace, and have individual, comfortable furnishings: flat-screen TV with German / international programs, music system with USB / CD player, free Internet (WIFI) and mosquito net. A modern central heating ensures cosiness in the evening on cooler days of the year, the heating costs are included in the rent. Here you can also live comfortably in the winter months, not least because of the sheltered sun terraces and bright rooms. Both apartments offer a view of the wonderful garden with palm trees and umbrella pins. In the distance you can see the deep blue Atlantic. Look forward to a special holiday home and enjoy all the amenities. In addition to the private sun terrace, guests can use the garden, pool and barbecue area under thatch. Use of the sauna on request for a fee.
