This studio cottage is on a quiet hill behind my home. It was remodeled when I bought the property and is cozy and peaceful place to stay if you are visiting Manitou Springs and the surrounding area. It has a modern kitchen with a granite countertop, an oversized walk in shower, and a nice deck. It is 5 min walking from downtown and a 15 min walk to the Incline, Cog Railway, and many hiking trails. It has off-street parking or a visitor parking pass available.

This place is amazing! If you are just passing through or you need a longer stay, this place has everything you need. A short walk to downtown manitou springs and a short drive to Garden of the Gods. For buisness or adventure. I stayed for several months for my internship in Colorado Springs. The host is easy to reach if you have issues. The cottage has a full bath, kitchen, and bedroom. A pair or couple could be comfortable there. Check in and check out were easy, the view is gorgeous and its a great place to relax and recharge. All in all this is a fantastic place to stay and if i am ever back in the area, I will stay again. 10/10 recommend

Why they chose this property
There are nice views from the cottage of the surrounding hillsides. At night the lights from the houses on the hillsides give the effect of a quaint mountain hamlet.
What makes this property unique
The cottage has quiet and privacy but yet is only a 5 minute walk to downtown where there are shops, restaurants, cafes, and nightlife.
