The 1st guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed & TV to stream with your account for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest bedroom is set with an office like opportunity for those still working a little and also offers a full size Murphy bed and and a desk with chair and extra sitting area for those additional friends or family. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. And of course there's a charming screened in lanai with a table & chairs for you to enjoy reading the morning paper with your coffee or juice. It's also a great place to sit and relax with a glass of wine at the end of a busy day of activities.

This home comes complete with WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 38 executive golf courses with no greens fees or you can pay resident rates on greens fees at the 12 championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
