Welcome to Casita Sol Vista! Our elegant guest house is nestled in the lush hills of Vista, attached to a hilltop family estate. The interior boasts bohemian-inspired decor, a coastal boho bedroom with a luxurious king bed, and a single-size deluxe daybed. Amenities include central heating & AC and parking for one car. We are conveniently located 1.5 miles from downtown and 9 miles from Carlsbad and Oceanside beaches. We invite you to experience a stylish vacation at Casita Sol Vista!
This cozy and stylish 550 sq ft guest house was recently redecorated and styled in maximum comfort furnishings you will love!!

The spacious private bedroom includes a luxury and heavenly king size bed, a single size daybed in Boho decor with beach accents and a walk-in closet stocked with lots of extras.

The full size bathroom includes a shower tub and has been tastefully decorated in an a bright coastal jungle style! We provide our guests with fresh clean linens and toiletries.

The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking tools necessary to prepare a simple snack to a full meal. We also supply basic spices for cooking, oil, coffee pods and a basket of assorted snacks to welcome our guests.

This cozy gem has been carefully and lovingly filled with all the comforts of home in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood setting nestled in Vista hills.

Oceanside 70.3 Ironman weekend.

Great location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of race weekend, but close enough to get to Oceanside in 20 minutes. Quiet, clean and comfortable.

Well Kept and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and Ms. Hart was very helpful. The house was well appointed with everything you need. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It has very cute decoration and is easy to find.

Our son is Marine!

Our stay was fabulous! Our son graduated Marine boot camp and we actually booked in the wrong area (should have been down by San Diego Airport), but we decided to do the 45 min freeway commute and we were glad we did. The location was great with all the shopping and Debra had thought of everything to make our stay convenient. Would definately come here again when in the area! 5 stars!

Nice Getaway

Cute and cozy rental in a safe neighborhood. Perfect size for 2. It had all the amenities. Debra is very organized and thorough. Loved the tree lined drive!

Home away from home

The entire process was very easy. Debra was very responsive, and accomodating. The property is tucked away in the hills of Vista. We will be planning our next visit soon so don't wait to book your stay.

This is a beautiful property nestled in the Vista hill. The casita was perfect and very comfy. The decor is very welcoming as well as the host. I travel to Vista often and this will always be my first choice!

The parking was very difficult, the property is very difficult to find. The AC is controlled by the main house and doesn't work very well in the guest house. There was construction work being done on the house on the Saturday we were there which was very loud and blocked the parking. Also they consider kids over 9 year's old adults. The host accused us of property damage that we did not do and had Virbo charge us for it.

Little Gem

The rental is part of the main house, like an in law suite. The unit was clean. The shower was great and most importantly the bed was very comfortable. It included a kitchen and a full size fridge but we did not cook. The television worked was a great while we relax at night. We were out all day and only came in to sleep and shower. Communication with Debra was awesome. She was very responsive. My only complain and it was not a big deal was, when the family upstairs cooked, we could smell it in our unit. We couldn't open the windows to let the fresh air in. Also, the unit was beautiful but heavily decorated and we moved pillows and decor out of the way to make room for our belongings. Again, these things were not a big deal but worth mentioning so there's no suprises. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and we will definitely stay again in the future.

Great / Convenient Location

We stayed her for 5 nights and chose it due to the ease of access to Oceanside and the great reviews. It did not disappoint. The property is as shown in the pictures and spacious enough for 2 people. More than 2 people might be crowded. The bed was super comfy and the linens and towels are definitely upper end. While the kitchen is small, it has everything you need and overall the place is nicely stocked. I would recommend as a home base location.

Wonderful!!!

My husband and I along with our 2 children stayed in this guest house for just over a week and it couldn't have been more perfect. It's beautiful and had everything we needed. Our host Debra was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. She and her husband even went out of their way to retrieve our Door Dash order that was errantly left at the neighbor's house! The neighborhood is beautiful and very conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do while vacationing in California. If we come back to this area, we would definitely stay here again!

Super clean, beautiful area

This is by far the cleanest Vrbo that we have stayed at. I feel It is much bigger than what it looks like in the pictures. I like how the bathroom is separate from the bedroom. It includes all the essentials that you may need from toiletries to kitchen appliances. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Just Right

The guest house was just right for us. We cooked every meal there with no issues. It is located just minutes from the Dr's office we were going to. House is very clean and spacious enough for 3 people to move around. The kitchen had everything we needed for making all our meals. This was our second time staying at this house and will probably stay again. The host was very responsive to our inquires and needs. Would recommend.

Clean and Convenient

Cleanliness is key and this place was perfect. Many options to eat within a short drive to downtown. We loved that we could drive anywhere we needed to get within reason but have a comfortable place to relax and sleep. Check-in was super easy as great detailed instructions were given.

Wonderful experience
