The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking, with stove, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker and microwave. Covered Balcony overlooking Lake Hamilton. If you want to stay somewhere to disconnect from the chaos of life, this place is amazing! Beautiful and so peaceful on the lake. Everything was as described! Just wish we had booked a longer stay!

Great Place to Stay
My husband and I had a wonderful stay during our trip to the Hot Springs area. The condo is clean and has the most amazing view of Lake Hamilton. We were able to see sunrises and sunsets while standing out in the deck. It was so quiet and really relaxing! We have already recommenced to a friend.

My husband and I were on our 42nd anniversary. This was the perfect place. Peaceful and the view was beautiful. Very quiet around us. Can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Farr Shores was beautiful, best view on Lake Hamilton. The condo was well equipped and accommodating. The host, Jefferson, responded quickly to any issues or questions. I’ll definitely stay again, loved it!

Jeff made the stay so easy. He even included tips on keeping the residents happy so we didn’t accidentally cause a complaint or other problem. THE VIEW WAS AMAZING!!! Don’t miss the sunset!

Honeymoon stay
This location was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the lake view and the quiet neighborhood! This was the perfect close to home honeymoon stay for me and my husband! Only issue was we tried multiple times to get the coffee machine to work and we couldn’t get it going. But we would recommend and love to come back again!

Great weekend at the lake
Great property for our weekend trip. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Unit was very clean inside. Outside balcony could have used a little cleaning. There was a nice, clean pool, a boat ramp and designated parking. I would plan on staying at this condo again in the future.

Lovely condo on Lake Hamilton
Stunning views from this lovely condo! We loved the location of this condo, the swimming pool & the lake view from the balcony. We were within driving distance of a variety of restaurants & beautiful scenic drives to many different state parks. Our favorite was Lake Ouachita State Park. Anyone that chooses to stay in this condo will love everything about it! We are looking forward to returning for another visit.

Amazing view
We have always stayed in hotels or cabins in the Hot Springs area. Decided to try the VRBO route this trip. We're hooked! So much more relaxing than a hotel room. Great property and location. Neat as a pin and well maintained. As an owner of several rental properties, I was impressed with the condition of this unit and how well-equipped it was. Anything we needed, we found it there. Extremely pleased with our first VRBO stay. Thanks Jeff!
