There is a large panoramic pool area with solarium and children's play area shared with ITA205-206-207, ITA728. Fenced and well-maintained land. The owners provide you on site with local products such as wine and olive oil.



You will be offered a magnificent view over the mountains Valdarno and Chianti - ideal for excursions on foot or with mountain bikes in Pratomagno. Take beautiful bike rides along the old Setteponti road that leads to Arezzo and Florence, or visit the Chianti region and the art cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.
