To the apartment leads an independent entrance from a small private garden area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. Covered parking space.



There is a large panoramic pool area with solarium and children's play area shared with ITA204-206-207, ITA728. Fenced and well-maintained land. The owners provide you on site with local products such as wine and olive oil.



You will have a wonderful view over the Valdarno and Chianti mountains - ideal for excursions on foot or with mountain bikes in Pratomagno. Take beautiful bike rides along the old Setteponti road that leads to Arezzo and Florence, or visit the Chianti region and the art cities of Arezzo, Siena and Florence.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open : medio May-end Sept..

Merveilleuses Vacances !!

Séjour très agréable dans une propriété magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la campagne Toscane au milieu des oliviers, des vignes et entourés de cyprès. Le jardin est très bien entretenu, il est plaisant de s'y reposer dans une ambiance détendue, calme et apaisante. L'immense piscine offre un cadre de vacances remarquable, de nombreux transats permettent à tous les vacanciers de profiter des abords de la piscine. L'accueil chaleureux de Térésa est très appréciable, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité également. L'appartement n°3 est parfaitement équipé au niveau vaisselle, ustensiles et le barbecue un vrai plus. La climatisation ( 5€ par jour) dans cet appartement a été réellement appréciée, vu la forte chaleur ! La localisation de cet agritourismo est parfaite, à 1h - 1h30 des sites incontournables de la Toscane: Arezzo, Florence, Sienne et San Gimignano. Nous avons passé de savoureuses vacances reposantes, ressourçantes et en même temps découvert de magnifiques panoramas dans la campagne et des villes splendides. Nous recommandons vivement cette propriété avec uniquement des points positifs pour passer d'excellentes vacances en Toscane ! très bien entretenue à l'extérieurpiscine
