Your vacation home is located about 4 km from Roselle Terme in the countryside near Grosseto. The vacation home consists of a total of 3 independent buildings, which are not connected to each other, and it is therefore very suitable for groups of friends who want to spend their vacations together, but at the same time do not want to give up their privacy. Guests have at their disposal a private garden with a large pool, 2 barbecues, spacious relaxation areas and a court for beach volley/beach tennis, where you can relax after a nice trip to the countryside or the sea. The homeowner lives on the property in a family home next to the vacation rental. The property is located in the heart of the Maremma 4 km from Braccagni, 10 km from Grosseto (stores of all kinds, supermarket, restaurants), 15 km from the beautiful beaches in Marina di Grosseto and 25 km from the characteristic fishing village of Castiglione della Pescaia, today a charming resort with sandy beaches, a small harbor, a beautiful seafront and the characteristic old town.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person, or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out. Up to one pet is allowed.
