3 stars for the time share, not owner!!
If it was just for the owner, it would be 5stars. She was communicative, patient and very thorough. If it wasn’t for the experience while there, I would 1000X rent from her again.
The issue was with property owners and management. The unit we stayed in had a pull out couch, but no extra sheets provided. So at 945pm my husband called and requested sheets so we could put my 4yr old son to bed. No one came, he called again, no one came.. this happened 5x and finally someone came and rang the bell on the unit at 130am!! This is after us offering to come to front desk and get some etc. The property has a 10pm quiet time rule, but the unit above me partied hard for two nights in a row. The first night I didn’t complain, the second night it was 1115pm and they were screaming and yelling all on the patio. I called the front desk. Seems like someone came out, the people went inside and slammed and banged loudly on floors and then 1hr and half later went back outside and started again. Over and over again waking my son up. We barely got any sleep.
The water park was fun for my son, and again, the owner was a pleasure, but I don’t think we would go back
