Time wasted setting on the porch is time well wasted. Come out feed the deer, get some fishing in, or bring out your boat and enjoy the wonderful Lake Limestone. There is plenty of space to stretch out and make memories. The main house is 2 bedroom 2 bath, with a large living area and kitchen. The master has a home office ready for you to connect anytime it is needed. Over the garage is a 480 square foot living area. It has it's own large living area, bedroom, and full bathroom. Have extra quest and have an RV? if so, there is plenty of parking next to the house.

Anything but Country Paradise. We could understand and deal with house being under remodeling/deck upgrades, yard being mowed prior to arrival but....host should have informed us of numerous issues with dogs next door. Expected to have a relaxing time staying but due to dogs constantly barking, not much sleep at night was experienced. We managed to make the best of it but constant dog barking definitely hard to overcome. Won't be staying or recommending this place to anyone,
We really enjoyed our stay and especially building fires in the cold weather! The manager was extremely kind and easy to work with during our stay. It is a bit of a drive out, so be ready for some country roads. This is not the property owners fault, but just for transparency there are lots of loose dogs (over 10) on nearby properties to be mindful of on your stay. Some are car chasers and stay out in the road.
We were very comfortable in the house it was clean and very well stocked. The boys stayed in the garage apartment it was a little warm thank goodness for cooler weather, not sure it would have been comfortable in the heat of summer. The rest of the house was great. Plenty of space and bedding. Neighbor dogs were kind of a nuisance, friendly but still running around. We had a lovely time.
We enjoyed our stay and will be returning for a longer stay soon. Boat dock is a little hard to access due to the growth but a little clean up and it's a perfect place to spend your time.
Thx
The host was very easy to communicate with, the property was as advertised, and our family had a wonderful time. The paddle boat got a lot of use!😉
Thanks for sharing your house with us.
The property was extra clean and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. The home is stocked with anything that can be expected in a short term rental and more.
We had a great time.
Very cozy and clean. Great space for a great weekend fishing trip with friends. So peaceful, loved sitting by the fire pit enjoying the quiet. We all had a blast. Wish the water was higher but nothing to do about that. Our favorite fishing spot was very close anyway. Would definitely do it agan.
This cabin was just perfect for what we wanted this weekend - a nice, quiet relaxing weekend for some good family time. Plenty of supplies for our stay, comfortable furnishings and beds. And easy communication with the owner/manager who was more than helpful with our stay. I would highly recommend this place for a wonderful lake vacay.
Met with friends for spiritual retreat. The neighborhood was safe, quiet and in a good location to access all that Limestone Lake could offer. Beautiful back deck, comfortable bed and all the kitchen items and basic spices you need.
We had a great stay, the home was very Beautiful, Relaxing & Comfortable. Even though the lake had low water levels due to the drought we still enjoyed our stay. Everyday we were welcomed with a family of deer in the morning and evening. The property owners are great and very responsive to any question you may have. Pls. remember to stock up on groceries for long stays the nearest grocery store is is just over 30 minutes away. Cell reception is soso, texting does get through but once you connect to their WiFi it is better, it seemed to help us. We will definitely stay here again but I will be checking water levels for the lake so that I can do some fishing, paddle boating etc.. without having to go to the marina.
Short weekend getaway at Country Paradise on the Water
Nice little house with bonus bedroom over the garage. Extremely well accommodated with everything needed. Valorie thought of everything. The lake is low, but still close enough to watch the sunset through the clouds over the water! And the deer were plentiful and enjoyable to watch in the yards and into the lush green lakebed. Lake Limestone is a new found favorite!
Everything was perfect. The only thing was the water on the dock was low so we had to move closer to the center of the lake but it was fun regardless. It had everything we needed and more. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and had a beautiful house on a secluded, quiet place to relax and getaway.
Lovely, homey property. Lakeside. All anyone could need.
Would highly recommend. Very nice arrangement. Roomy. Very comfortable. Great deck to relax on.
Very responsive to any questions!
Definitely recommend.
Valorie’s lake home was fantastic. Just what my kids and I needed. Restful, relaxing, and plenty of room to play football outback. We even were able to fool some of the local fish. The house was super comfortable and well appointed. Will definitely come back.
We really enjoyed our time. The house is great and the garage apartment worked out great for my son and his friend. We brought jet skis and were able to bring them up to the dock and we swam at the dock! It was such a great getaway!
Loved the property! It was right on the water and very peaceful. We fished, hung out and played games!! The owner was great to work with and very nice!!! We will definitely stay again!!
This home on the lake was exactly what we were looking for. On the water, with everything a family would need. The kids Loved the Paddleboat(even though we had our kayaks), the appt over the garage and the fire pit.. The house is very clean, stock w/all the necessities & plenty of space for everyone. You won't be disappointed..
Only thing I would recommend bringing some charcoal for cooking and firewood fo0r the outdoor pit. . We went through what the owners provided and what we brought too! Check In and out was so easy. Owners were airways very quick to respond to our questions..

Why they chose this property
Our family and friends love this home and we are excited to be able to share it with you. Our hope is that you'll find as much enjoyment here as we do. It's a great place to make memories and traditions. Fish in the morning, swim in the afternoon, feed the deers in the evening, stargaze at night, or just sit back on the patio and enjoy a good book or time with friends and family.
For all those workaholics, it's a perfect place to get away but still be able to stay connected in the office suite off the master.
