A wonderful week in March!

This home was great for our family of 4's first trip to the Florida Keys in mid March. The location is convenient to everything, the furnishings and appliances are updated and nice, the home is clean, and the heated pool and water toys are great fun. We rented a 23 ft boat for the week and kept it at the home's canal dock. The boat rental company trailered the boat to the Aviation Blvd boat ramp just down the street and we met them there, which was very convenient. The home's ice machine came in very handy for boat outings and fyi they sell frozen fishing bait at Winn Dixie, which is just a 5 minute drive away. I zipped over there every day as we decided what we wanted to cook for supper. We also fished off the dock and paddled around with the provided kayaks. We drove to Key West one day to see all the sites. If you like historical sites, visit Fort Zachary Taylor! My daughter and I also really enjoyed touring the Turtle Hospital on Marathon. Sweet Savannah's dessert shop is great, too! It was a wonderful week with many memories made. This home is well maintained with thoughtful amenities. I definitely recommend it.

Amazing Stay!

House was very clean and updated really nicely. It accommodated my parents, wife, daughter and I perfectly. The pool was perfect size, warm and very relaxing. If you bring your boat, there is a boat launch a mile down the street and the seawall at the house was great for docking. This was extremely convenient. The ice machine downstairs was also super convenient and helpful. The property manager Michelle was outstanding! Gave great advice and was super accommodating. We will hopefully be back again!

Nice place!

We had a great week at Michelle’s place in Marathon, FL. The house is super clean, and Michelle does a great job communicating throughout the process. The week was super hot so the pool was a big plus as well as the ice machine to keep drinks and bait cold while boating. We saw manatee our first day there in the canal. And twice, we saw a sea turtle, which was awesome! The extra little touches in the house when we arrived were appreciated. You won’t go wrong booking this home. It is central to everything in Marathon!

The house is very nice! The house is nicely located to lots of restaurants and within a reasonable driving distance to other towns. We really enjoyed the pool, kayaks, screened-in porch and games the house had to offer. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and addressed any concerns quickly.

Amazing

I booked this property for a week and literally couldn't have been happier with it. The house is exactly, if not better, then what we expected. We had 6 of us and never felt like we were on top of each other. The cleanliness of the house and property were amazing. My daughter even said that she felt that she could "eat off the floors" because it was so clean. The pool was a perfect size and great from when we just wanted to chill at the house for the day. We rented a boat for a few days and loved that we could dock it out front and come and go for the day and even for sunset cruises. The rooms were perfect sizes and we loved that we all had our own bathroom. Michelle, the property manager, is amazing. Her communication from start to finish was great. The property is in a perfect location and great for evening walks in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be renting again.

Perfect Getaway!

Property is beautifully kept and so clean, well stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, arrival soaps, laundry detergent, etc. The pool and pool area are well taken care of as well as the sea wall for docking a boat and using the supplied kayaks. We loved that the carport closet is stocked with pool floats, beach chairs, a deep freeze for fish/bait and snorkeling gear. The excitement over the ice machine is something a fishing enthusiast can appreciate! The downstairs private bedroom was perfect for our 20 year old daughter to have privacy from the teen boys. We had plenty of space for everyone to gather upstairs for movies, eating and puzzles. The screened porch was used a lot during the evening/night to avoid the bugs! High end appliances made cooking and laundry a breeze. The air fry setting on the oven came in handy for the fish we caught. Our rental boat was a breeze tied up just steps away and the fish cleaning station and water hose for washing down are also handy. Friendly neighbors helped with a boat battery issue as well. We will be back to enjoy this slice of quiet paradise again!

Nice and Clean

We had a great stay here. The house is very clean and the kitchen had all the essentials. We really appreciated the ice machine and it came in handy daily for boating and fishing. The kids enjoyed kayaking out to the Gulf in the evenings in the provided kayaks.

Perfect vacation to the Keys!

We really enjoyed our trip. Perfect for 3 couples with a boat. The pool was nice coming home to. Kitchen was nicely equipped and the ice maker was awesome. I would suggest that you add some bedside lighting in all of the bedrooms and the 2nd bedroom upstairs feels like a double/full and not a Queen. Thank you for sharing your home with me.

Relax!!!

The property was great; clean, well appointed and adequately stocked to get us started! We especially liked having the kayaks available (one of the reasons for selection), and were pleased to find snorkeling gear, towels and chairs for our trip to Bahia Honda. Just for info, the downstairs suite did not connect internally to the main floor. For most, that will not be a problem. The property manager, Michelle, was very responsive and helpful. Check out the Stuffed Pig for breakfast!

Beautiful Canal Home

Easy rental. Very responsive property manager. She answered all our questions & was very helpful with boat rental recommendations. The house was new, well decorated & clean. The only issue we had was the lack of linens which resulted in a lot of washing. The microwave stopped working on day two but after texting the property manager, a temporary microwave was brought to us promptly. This house was perfect for our family of 6 adults/1 infant. However, just an FYI for future families that may have younger children - the lower level bedroom/bath only has access to the upper level by an outside staircase. Perfect for older children and/or couples wanting privacy though. The pool was lovely to have right outside your door & just steps away from the dock. We loved renting the boat to get to experience the crystal clear water at the sandbars as well as doing a little fishing. The neighborhood was nice & quiet, loved the privacy of the fenced in backyard & appreciated lots of room for parking. We loved the house & would definitely stay here again!

Relaxing getaway with beautiful outdoor and close to many restaurants

We loved the pool and waterway view. Screen porch was wonderful too. We did a lot of cooking for lunch and breakfast but took advantage of many of the nearby restaurants recommend by the owners. This house is pristine.

Paradise !

3 Couples enjoyed 7 glorious days at this beautiful home ! Everything was as advertised - pool was awesome and we enjoyed being right on the canal. The location was very convenient, and quiet . The pool person and landscaper showed up Friday morning without any prior notice... We hope to visit again someday !
