Come enjoy the perks and luxuries of a fully furnished newly constructed home in a gated, resort-like community. This 3 bed 2.5 bath beach house was completed in 2021 with stainless steel appliances, sparkling white quartz countertops and vanities, satin nickel fixtures, ceramic tile bathrooms, and a palatial master suite. The master bathroom is a spacious retreat, showcasing a floor-to-ceiling ceramic tile walk-in shower with dual shower heads and an elegant sparkling white quartz vanity with his and hers sinks. The bathroom also features its own linen closet for storing towels and toiletries, and a separate water closet for privacy.

The open kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator with an ice maker and a gas range stove. It boasts elegant sparkling white quartz countertops and a versatile island, which doubles as a breakfast bar with stools. The 42" cabinets are fully stocked with all of the cooking and dining essentials, and include a toaster, blender, crock pot, waffle maker, and a George Foreman electric grill, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare your meals. For coffee enthusiasts, a complimentary coffee bar awaits, complete with Keurig machines, a variety of coffee pods, teas, and some additional extras.

Other features include 9 ft. ceilings on the main level, furnished back patio, garage, laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and ceiling fans in every bedroom. The living room has a Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV with access to all of your favorite streaming apps, books, games, and a queen sleeper sofa.

This location provides access to the community’s two clubhouses, each with their own pools, gyms, and grills. It is within walking and/or biking distance to Rehoboth Bay and minutes from all of the conveniences of Route 1, including the Tanger Outlets, restaurants, grocery, and liquor stores. Rehoboth and Dewey Beaches are a fifteen-minute drive and your reservation includes complimentary use of a Rehoboth Beach residential parking pass. Quiet and cozy stay

I was here with my adult siblings and our mom and we had such a great stay! Beautiful home, the pool was so nice and easy to access, and we loved that there were board games to play! It’s quiet as it’s away from the main road but the drive to the shops and to the boardwalk was not bad at all. The check out process was kind of involved, but overall it was a great experience.

Great week at this lovely property

We really enjoyed our one-week stay. The home is very clean and well designed. Primary bedroom is spacious as is ensuite bathroom. The pool was very nice and not crowded -- a short walk from the unit. A grill would have been an added plus.

Immaculate home with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely neighborhood. The clubhouse and swimming pool were fun alternatives to the beach. Plenty of games were available for a rainy afternoon too. Thank you to the fabulous property manager.

Modern beach house with access to community pool

Spatious house, kitchen well equipped with everything we need. Shopping centers near by. Easy to communicate with rental staff and quckly resolve gate issues. Very clear and easy to check in an out instructions.

Lacrosse Tournament Stay

We stayed in Rehoboth while we attended a couple of youth girls lacrosse tournaments at the DE Turf Sports Complex in Frederica. The owner communicated with me at every point we needed. He made sure we got in the community and had everything we needed once we arrived. The house was well stocked with essentials which we used during our stay as we needed to do a lot of laundry. We also cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything as well. The house was clean and comfortable. Thanks and we hope to be back next year!

Wonderful Time

Great Place!

We really loved staying at this place! Very well maintained and clean condo, kitchen had all the best accessories of any place we’ve rented and the parking pass for the beach was awesome. Mike was great throughout the entire process to make sure our stay was enjoyable. Would highly recommend and will be coming back!

Very Nice House

Girls weekend, this home was very clean & accommodating from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious bedrooms. The location is near lots of shopping & restaurants. The host was very nice and attentive. Quiet safe neighborhood if you like taking morning walks. We look forward to staying here again real soon!

Twice a beautiful vacation choice

Excellent for three generations. The place is filled with light, very spacious, easy to use, very comfortable. It's a few minutes from Rehobeth Beach etc. but peaceful in its own location. Lovely to walk around. Swimming pool is really terrific. Mike was very much there for our questions and very gracious.

Family week at the beach!

Our favorite place to stay in Rehoboth

This is our second visit to this property and we love it! The condo is new, spotlessly clean, well furnished and with great amenities (boogie boards for guests, a pool within walking distance, and a parking pass for the beach). The owner is very responsive and helpful. The community is quiet, safe and well maintained. The property is close to shopping including the outlet malls and major grocery stores. We plan on returning next year.

Great Property

The house was great for our family. Everything was exactly as detailed, beautiful home, very easy check in process. Mike had great communication and all the information was very organized. The community pool was awesome for the kids. Never very busy and everyone was pretty friendly. The local parking pass for the beach was extremely helpful as well as the beach chairs and umbrella. The only recommendation I have is it would have been nice to have a grill at the house. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Awesome Kid Friendly Family Vacation

Perfect stay for a relaxing week with family.

The townhouse is in a great location less than 15 mins to all Lewis and Rehoboth beaches. Very clean, spacious and Comfortable for our family to enjoy our stay. We were there for 9 days and could have stayed another week for sure! Pool is 10 mins walk in a very quiet community. We loved our stay and Mike is very attentive. One suggestion is to add a grill / bbq on the patio. There is one at the clubhouse but seems like an ordeal to carry everything you’ll need there to cook.

Cute and Comfortable
