The best ski mountain views in Kirkwood! This luxury duplex home is located in Juniper Ridge on Glove Rock Rd in Kirkwood Mountain Resort. You can walk or catch a shuttle to the lifts. Great views, sunny warm exposures, a great room with games, and a fireplace for everyone to enjoy. Parking is an ease with a 2-car tandem garage and an extra car in designated spaces if needed. The radiant floor heating is a wonderful amenity to keep your toes warm. This is a home you will always return to over and over again. No worries about getting to the ski lifts, there is a reliable free shuttle service throughout the valley. Just call and they will be there at your front door!

Perfect home for Skiing at Kirkwood

This home had it all! It was walking distance to the lifts at Kirkwood, which was important for our group due to Covid. The home was very clean, the kitchen was very well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and some condiments. The home was large enough that our group of 10 never felt crowded. Our young grandkids loved the play kitchen and all the toys they had. We loved our stay and plan on returning when we ski again at Kirkwood!

Clean, nicely maintained property

This property was the perfect size for our family of 3 couples and a toddler. Great to have the 2 en-suites, and the other bathrooms. Nice to have the children’s toys available. Common space and kitchen worked well for meals and conversation. We’re familiar with the Tahoe area climate in the summer and brought fans to augment the one provided to help with heat. The only negatives were no outside space/deck, but luckily, we had friends we could visit to enjoy their deck. Not a big deal, but no closet in the primary suite (locked). Would recommend for a multi-family stay, especially during winter. Thank you.

Great location, mean neighbors

We had a great time here because our friends are great and the location was also great. We had a terrible experience with the neighbors saying we have a “low IQ” because we accidentally used their electrical socket. Other than that we did not have enough essentials such as paper towels and garbage bags. Lastly, many of the windows or window blinds were broken.

Great group house for Ski Trips!

We loved this house. We were 10 people and it was totally spacious enough for all of us with enough bathrooms. We even managed to find enough table space and desks to work from for a day. Then in evenings, large kitchen easy to cook in, a big 10-person dinner table and space by fire for charades or watching SNL. Location is fab. The house is an 8 min walk to Kirkwood ski lift or you can call a door-to-door shuttle. Only bummer was that the hot tub was unavailable while we were there. We were able to fit 3 cars (2 in garage, 1 in driveway). The 4th parks a 5 min walk away which is fine. Loved the house, would def come back. Any discounts for early bookings? :)

Great place for family and friends

We had 3 families stayed in this home. It was very clean and full-equipped with all necessities. All kids were enjoying bunk beds room. There are many friendly neighbors helping us during snow storms. It is a great place.

Had a lovely time.

The living room is nice and cozy and looks out to the woods. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are very comfy. If you need darkness at night -take your own sleeping mask. The rooms can get a bit warm at night (we went in July). We opened the windows but some of us felt a bit warm at night and didn’t pay heed to the Pyramid’s warning that there is no air conditioning. So, take a fan if you go in summer. The nice part of Lake Tahoe (north) is a bit of a hike from here, but the one and a half hour drive to the north shore is quite picturesque. We’ll definitely stay here again and check out the walks around Caples lake in summer. Overall quite pleased with the experience.
