This condo is located in the beautiful resort style community of Isla Del Sol, just off St Pete Beach. You will not be disappointed with 180 degree water views from your balcony where you can see boats, dolphins & the Don Cesar Hotel! This 2 br, 2 ba condo is very spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook at home, enjoy the beach, sit by the pool or just completely unwind and relax. Come and enjoy this slice of paradise, central to St Petersburg, St Pete Beach, Fort Desoto & more!

Isla Del Sol is a waterfront community situated on the southwest tip of St Petersburg, right before you cross into St Pete Beach. The community has a resort like feel and boasts an 18 hole golf course, yacht club (membership required), swimming pools, shuffleboard, walking paths and much more!

Isla Del Sol is conveniently located just at the entrance to both St Pete Beach, Pass-a-Grille Beach and Tierra Verde, where you can easily access Fort Desoto Park as well. I-275 is just a couple miles away.
The grocery store is about 2 miles away and quite a few restaurants are within a 1-3 mile radius.
- Responsible party booking and staying must be 25 or older.
- Linens are provided at the unit, as well as a starting supply of essentials such as toilet paper and paper towels. Additional supplies must be purchased by guests. Cleaners will clean the unit upon checkout, however, we ask that guests do the dishes and take out the trash before leaving to prevents pests and odors.
- Linens and bath towels are for normal indoor use, please do not use them to remove makeup, dye hair, take to beach, etc.
- Please be respectful of others by being quiet between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am (in the condo, on the balcony, in the halls, etc.). Additionally, there are residents who enjoy this place of relaxation year round, so this is not a party destination. Be mindful and respectful of others at all times, including at pool.
- Parking pass, pool pass and clubhouse key must be returned upon checkout - Failure to do so will result in a $50 fee per lost item.
- Guests are responsible for removing all personal belongings upon check-out. We cannot be held liable for any items left behind.

The following rules are rules of the community association. By booking this condo, you are agreeing to the following rules:
- Park only in assigned spot
- Guests or tenants are not allowed pets at all whatsoever
- Standard private passenger vehicles only, no other vehicles
- No laundry or towels to be hung on balcony, hallway, or any common/visible area
- Rules posted at pool will be strictly enforced
- No chairs in grassy area
- No more than 6 people in condos
- No propane or charcoal grills
- This is a residential community, not a hotel, conduct yourselves accordingly
