This property was exactly as listed. Large enough to accommodate our family with a cool family/gameroom area downstairs with a pool table. Beautiful lake view with a slip available at the neighborhood marina for us to dock our boat.
We really enjoyed our extended family vacation in TN at this beautiful home! There were 12 of us including an infant and we wanted and needed for nothing! The space was great- the location was amazing and the owners were the best! 2 refrigerators, upper and lower decks, multiple loving spaces and bathrooms were just the beginning of what we loved. They had everything we could have needed!
Our family and friends stayed after the holiday. The home was lovely with a beautiful view; plenty of room for all of us. We did have an issue with the boat slip but the owner was on top of rectifying the situation and very accommodating keeping us up to speed on what was happening. Great place to unplug and relax.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Fortunately, the forecast didn't hold true, so we were on the lake a majority of the time for our stay. The home has plenty of room and a lot of different sleeping options. The multiple bathrooms were perfect. A well kept home and the deck was awesome. I can foresee our "crew" staying again in the future if allowed. LOL The managers were very quick to respond about a couple issues I found (It rained a lot before we checked in). It was nothing in their control but wanted to make sure they knew about it.
Everything about the house was great except for a few things:
Would have been nice to have a binder with instructions (ie tv, garbage cans, slip location).
Difficult to identify the boat slip.
The hardwood floor was really dirty.
There was not enough of the some of the essentials (i.e. trash bag, hand soap dispensers, etc).
It is technically walkable to the marina, but there is a steep hill with a blind curve to navigate, and no sidewalks.
Elaine and Josh were great to communicate with and very responsive.
Overall, we loved the lake views, having our boat in the marina, and we would definitely stay again.

Beautiful view but some issues
The view was amazing, communication was great, very quick responses to questions. The hall bathroom towel holder fell off of the wall right after we checked in. The baseboards were really dirty, the hall bathtub was very slippery, no non slip mat and no hand rails the bath mat was very dirty. The light above the kitchen table 6 of the 9 bulbs were burned out. The recliner was broken and a very large rip in the arm of one of the couches. There is a mildew smell as well, we had several ladies have headaches and we believe it was from the mildew. The kitchen was nicely equipped with anything you may need. We had a little trouble with our devices getting on or staying on the Wi-Fi.
BEAUTIFUL house on a narrow, curvy and hilly road.
If you don't mind 7 1/2 miles of narrow, curvy and hilly roads from highway to the house, then this is definitely the place for you. It was VERY spacious for my sisters and I (a total of 3 people but we like our own bedrooms and bathrooms) and can accommodate a large crew without feeling overcrowded. The view from the double deck is AMAZING and made the drive for us Hoosiers worth it.
