Walk to the trail to enjoy the National Forest or swim at the swimming pool. Complex has pool, tennis courts, Bocce ball, sauna and a small gym. Full kitchen to cook or dine at Kings Beach restaurants with few minutes drive. High ceiling and multiple big windows bring the beauty of the mountains and the forest inside. Two balconies to enjoy. Kids would love the Loft and the pool.

Perfect place to stay!

Everything was good! The house was clean and heated fast. The grill works too slow, but other things are perfect!

Great Place; Exactly as promised; Super responsive host

My wife, son and I stayed here for a couple of nights on an impromptu beach trip. The house was exactly as promised, had everything needed to cook our meals, and the beds were comfortable. There was also community pool, that was super convenient. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. Overall, it was a great experience and we will definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Clean and Spatious

This property exceeded my expectations. The owner was very responsive. Everything you could want is located inside of the property. It’s spacious and roomy, very clean and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location. We walked to the beach,, downtown Kings Beach, and the restaurants. The pool at the complex was very nice and shady. We are considering renting the property again for a ski vacation, as it is located fairly close to Northstar. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend.
