This is a transitioning area that may appear rough but it's safe and very quiet at night. There is a ring door bell for added security.

Early check-in is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.
Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival.
The early check-in fee is $25.
Early check-in time is 2pm or earlier.

Late check-out is 12pm. Late check-out fee is $40.
Late check-out is subject to availability at the sole discretion of the host.

Late check-out is only applicable to reservations that have paid the $40 late check out fee. Late check-out can only be added to the reservation prior to check-out date. If you request late check-out on check-out day or overstay past normal 10:00 am check-out time then late check-out fee is $80. This $80 will be automatically deducted from your deposit.

Check-in begins at 5;00 pm and check-out ends at 10:00 am.

Street parking is available right in front of the house either on Park drive or Edgewood street. There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Ceiling clearance in the garage is 7 ft.

There are always fresh fully laundered towels and sheets placed between every guest visit. Normal wear and tear, these towels and sheets may get stains and tears. This enables us to give our guests the best possible value and at the same time help the environment.

Houston is a hot and humid climate, this climate causes a lot of bugs. We are aware that bugs can get into space. We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen.

No animals are allowed.

For undisclosed pets/ service animals brought into the listing, there is an automatic ejection with no refund and $500 cleanup fee.

Pets are not allowed on any furniture or beds as well please pick up your pet's waste. If there is excessive pet hair in the space we will not refund the $250 pet cleaning deposit fee.

In the case of any deposit collection, we will need a picture of your government ID and a picture of the credit card used matching your ID. The picture only needs to show the last four digits of your credit card. We will not be able to give access to the space until these steps are completed.

Please let the host know once you have checked in and checked out.

At check out, please shut off lights and set AC temperature to 75 or heat temperature to 68. Our housekeeping crew will handle all cleanup.

There is also a paid covered garage parking for $10 per night per car. Max capacity is 2 vehicles. Paid parking is subject to availability.
