On the ground floor there is a beautiful, modern apartment with small garden, which is equipped for self-catering. It provides for 3 - a place to sleep 4 people and is also suitable for families and business people with a disability with children, dog owners, seniors, people. The bathroom is equipped with a sunken shower. The floor has tiles and underfloor heating. The inviting living area has TV / DVD and radio with CD are. Kitchen is open plan with living and dining area. Bicycle storage facilities are available. The apartment includes a car parking space. Towels and bed linen is included. Internet access is available for a small fee of 10 euros. Always there is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer and brush. Gladly on request, a high chair and travel cot are provided. The bedroom is (* 2.00 m 1.80 m) equipped with a box spring.

Top Ferienwohnung in Lindau

Sehr saubere und gepflegte FeWo im Erdgeschoss einer ruhigen Wohnanlage mit kleinem Innenhof, ebenfalls alles in Top-Zustand. Altstadt von Lindau sehr angenehm fussläufig in etwa 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die FeWo ist komfortabelundggeschmackvoll eingerichtet - vom Apfelteiler bis zur Zuckerdose ist einfach alles da!! Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert

Wochentrip in Lindau

Unsere Familie hatte eine erholsame Woche in Lindau verbracht, in welcher wir uns ausgiebig ausruhen konnten. Die Lage ist gut gelegen, sodass man die Insel und mögliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten binnen 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der persönliche Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Wohnung sehr sauber. Die Möbel und Ausstattung modern, welche vielleicht nicht zu 100% unseren Geschmack trafen, uns jedoch trotzdem ein wohles Gefühl geben konnten. Was uns gefehlt hat, wäre vielleicht noch ein großer Spiegel, in dem man sich als Ganzes sehen kann. Alles in allem ist es aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau und man kann sich nicht beschweren, wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei der Familie Graf!

Eine erholsame Woche

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an wohl gefühlt. Familie Graf war sehr freundlich und der Check in und out war problemlos abgelaufen. Wir können die Wohnung bestens empfehlen. Vielen Dank Familie Graf für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Alles sehr angenehm und schön

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegen. Tolles Mobiliar, vielleicht etwas zu viel davon, da man zum Teil nicht wusste, wohin mit seinen eigenen Reiseutensilien [Koffer, etc.]

Die Wohnung hat ein großes Bad mit Waschmaschine, eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile (inklusive Kindergeschirr), ein Ausziehsofa, das verblüffend einfach auszuziehen war, viel Stauraum im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer, viele Gesellschaftsspiele und DVDs für groß und klein, und eine schöne Terrasse. Auf dem Hof ist ein kleiner Spielplatz. Der Stellplatz für ein Auto ist nah an der Wohnung. Von der Wohnung ist der Weg zur Lindau-Insel einfach und bequem. Man kann relativ günstig Fährrader von der genachbarten Jugendherberge leihen (auch Kinderfahrräder, Anhänger und Helme). Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können die Wohnung weiterempfehlen.

Wundervoller Aufenthalt am Bodensee

Wir hatten 10 wundervolle Tage in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft am Bodensee. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Terrasse läd zum verweilen ein. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und absolut zuvorkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Sehr schöne und top ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Fussläufig ist Lindau erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Alles sehr sauber und es fehlte uns an nichts.

Außerordentliche Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne, stilvoll und detaillverliebt eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in der es an nichts fehlt! Super Lage - ruhig und doch sehr zentral (wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof, Einkaufszentrum und See). Sehr zu empfehlen!

Moderne, ruhige Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

In dieser sehr modernen, gut ausgestatteten, geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung konnten wir auch die zwei regnerische Tage genießen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Lindauer Insel sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Bodensee spricht ja ohnehin für sich. Traumhafte Landschaft zum Wandern, Fahrradfahren und Ausspannen.

Urlaub am Bodensee

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und dennoch in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Es fehlte uns an nichts und wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Fahrradverleih in der Jugendherberge fußläufig zu erreichen.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen am Nordufer

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige Wohnung mit herrlicher Terasse. 10 Min. zu Fuß zu Einkaufsgelgenheiten und dem Bahnhof Lindau-Reutin. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Fahrten mit der Bahn (Deutschlandticket!) in andere Orte am Bodensee. Lindau selbst ist natürlich auch ein Highlight. Ich komme gern mal wieder - die Wohnung ist ein echter Geheimtipp.

Einrichtung mit Möbel

Wir würden vorschlagen mehr Bewegungsraum zu schaffen durch einige Möbel zu entfernen. Liegebet im Zimmer ist nicht notwendig. Kleine Couch in Schlafzimmer auch nicht notwendig. Ist unser Meinung. Wir empfehlen es nur.

Kurzurlaub am Bodensee

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man braucht und ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns mit unseren beiden Hunden sehr wohl gefühlt. Lindau Insel ist fußläufig zu erreichen und auch direkt am Objekt gibt es einen Weg für eine kurze Hunderunde.

Ein wunderbar erholsamer Urlaub in schöner Umgebung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Man erreicht das Zentrum in 5-10 Minuten. Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Im Kleiderschrank ist genügend Stauraum. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt.

Tolle Lage schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist in einer super Lage und sehr sauber, ruhig gelegen.Die Insel Lindau ist ist direckt erreichbar zu Fuß. Der Urlaub dort ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Super Wohnung, alles TOP

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Lindau. Die tolle Wohnung hat dazu einen großen Beitrag geleistet. Sie ist wunderbar eingerichtet und man hat in allen Bereichen an alles gedacht. Ob perfekt eingerichtete Küche oder auch Bad mit vielen Dingen, die man normalerweise nicht voraussetzt. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und man ist trotzdem im Nu z.B. mit dem Fahrrad auf Lindau Insel. Die Terasse bietet viel Platz und man schaut schön ins Grüne. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können diese Wohnung ohne Punktabzug weiterempfehlen. ALLES TOP !!
