The well-kept residential complex, in which the apartment is located, is located about 1000 m from the center and the beach. Here you will find peace away from the hustle and bustle of tourism, yet you can reach the center in about 15 minutes. The train station and shopping are just around the corner. Perfect for a journey by train! WohnenModern and simply invites the apartment to feel good.
The living room is spacious and includes an open kitchen, a sitting area (sofa bed 1.40 m wide) and a dining area with dining table. From the living room you can also access the balcony, which in the evening invites you to a cozy glass of wine. Sleeping and showeringThe bedroom has a double bed of 1.60 m width to sleep. In the closet you can put your wardrobe in a georgetown. In the modern shower room you can make fresh after beach walks.
