convenient location for visiting Bryce Canyon NP
I friend and I stayed here while visiting Bryce Canyon NP for a couple of days.
The house was clean, as advertised, and conveniently located near Bryce Canyon NP. No complaints there. However several factors were problematic. The main problem is that the host didn’t send check in instructions on time and didn’t respond to messages sent through VRBO. I had to contact VRBO the night before we were to arrive for assistance. They also couldn’t reach him by phone, but gave me his phone number and said that if we hadn’t received check in instructions prior to check in time the next day that they would assist us in finding other lodging. While Levi (the host) didn’t respond to my phone call that night, he did respond the next day to a text I sent to provide the check in information.
Arriving at the house, we were disappointed to find no laundry detergent since we had hoped to do laundry during our stay. I texted the host asking if he could supply some and he did so, so we were able to do laundry the second night.
A second issue related to the internet. The information in the booklet in the house listed an internet account and password, but it didn’t work initially and, when I did finally get it to work after recycling the router, it was very slow. It turns out the information in the booklet was out of date. We were supposed to use a different internet account and password. Admittedly Levi had sent me the correct information in his message with check in instuctio
