Welcome to our charming holiday flat "le cocon de la Baie de Sion" in Sion-sur-l'Océan, ideally located on the ground floor with garden in a beautiful residence. An ideal location with direct access to the beach and local shops for a successful holiday.

A beautiful living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, microwave), a cosy sitting area with a sofa bed (140cm), a flat-screen TV, all overlooking an enclosed garden.

Spacious shower room with walk-in shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.
