We loved staying in this house. Plenty of space and enough basics to enjoy the weekend. We didn’t mind bring our own linens and appreciated the fans around the house. The fire pit and the beach with in walking distance was a great bonus!
Roomy cottage with a nice yard, short walk to bay beach (when tide is low enough) and close to Nat'l Seashore beaches. Tons of beach stuff in the basement. Keith is a great host!
Great stay for another striper fishing trip. We come from NJ for an annual fishing trip. Plenty of parking for our boat. Very comfortable and awesome time.
Girls long weekend - this place was perfect for us. Typical older Cape cottage walking distance to the bay. Big table inside and another big table outside on the shady deck. Easily sat the 7 of us for meals and games. Roomy bedrooms, good beds (although best to bring your own pillow). Nothing fancy, but we found the place comfortable and serviceable. Good internet (no TV but we'd never use it anyway). Plenty of parking. Walking distance to the Landing. Centrally located for beaching and outings. We're looking forward to a return visit.

Great location
This family camp/home has a wonderful location on the cape. We were easily able to travel to coast guard beach, Marconi beach and up to Provincetown. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and the deck is large. There was also room for our corn board game in the shady backyard. The large kitchen table worked well for family game nights. We were able to walk/bike to the beach to catch a beautiful sunset and walk in the water. We had a lovely family vacation in the cape!
We stayed at Keith’s house for 4 days. We had 9 people altogether and had plenty of room. The air conditioners in each room were wonderful, since it was a muggy weekend. The dining room table was huge and perfect for our late night game sessions. Don’t forget to pack your sheets and extra towels. Everything else we could have needed was in the house. We hope to go back next year!
We booked this listing for our annual family cape trip (6 adults and 3 children) and had a good time despite some of the conditions. This rental is definitely vintage/rustic as described. Keith was a great host, responsive to any needs and allowed early check-in. The location is exactly what we were looking for in relation to where our relatives live. The fire pit and porch were nice amenities to have. The few cons I would add are cleanliness and how dated the property is.
This property is pretty bare bones as listed- i.e., you must bring all your own linens (sheets, pillows, towels etc), no television/entertainment or dryer.
All of the rooms and furniture are very old/outdated which some may not mind. It was visibly obvious the property has not been thoroughly cleaned in quite some time which was our biggest complaint.
Keith was wonderful and was able to get us in earlier than the listed check-in time. What you see in pictures is exactly what you get. We loved how much space there was, the location which was close to an association beach (6 minute walk), and the affordability of this home. The house has everything you could need as far as the kitchen and cooking are concerned and every room has an air conditioner which is great on a hot day. We were able to meet Keith while we were there and he is great and highly responsive. Make sure to bring the following items for your stay: bed sheets, bath towels, a bath mat for the shower, and some sort of device with streaming services if you want to watch something as there is no TV. Our family hopes to return next year!
confortables . Toit

Great host, great location, property could use a good cleaning
Keith is a great guy and was very accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The property's exterior and yard was great. It was rainy so we didn't get to take advantage. The interior was rustic as described. A good cleaning was in order and we felt it necessary to do some ourselves when we arrived. The mattress could all use a pillow top or foam cover for comfort skake. Know what your getting and don't expect anything anything fancy. Overall we did enjoyed our stay.
This property is a no-frills cabin in a great centralized location for getting around cape cod. It's got a lot of bedrooms and beds, and a reasonable kitchen and living area, but is otherwise pretty bare-bones. If you're looking for a cabin getaway, that's not entirely a bad thing, however.
Stayed here with my husband, two young kids, and adult cousins. We had a great time! This a traditional, old fashioned cape cod beach house, exactly as the photos show. Beds are comfy and baseboard heaters kept us warm on cool fall nights. Bring your own linens and towels. Communication with the owner was great and check in was easy. 5 min walk to a great sandy beach at the end of the road. I would definitely rent this place again!
Very convenient for us. Close to everything. Keith is very nice and responsive.
Perfect for our 2 nights stayed. Nice and close to everything. We had a pleasure to meet Keith on our way in. He is very nice. He let us check in a little early which is perfect. A short walk to the beach. Although we went to Nauset beach and the parking fee is outrageous …😢. Anyway our stay is perfect. We will definitely come back soon. Thank you Keith.

Rustic!!!
I am new to beach rentals at the Cape…. Maybe I should have known this but….. no sheets or towels! Why can’t it just spell that out in listing! I was unprepared and would have happily brought from home. Owner said he left a voice message morning of departure on my phone. Who checks their VM the morning they are leaving for a trip! Text or message through the app please! Also rustic to the point of almost grungy. I did not want to praire food in that kitchen. No thank you. I won’t be back
