The recently completely renovated luxury apartment, furnished with the highest quality and tasteful materials in “bohemian chic” style, offers a living space of 85 m² and will be let for the first time in the 2024 season.
It comprises a spacious living area with a large flat-screen TV and an adjoining open kitchen with dining area. The modern kitchen with bar area is equipped with all desirable features such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, side-by-side fridge, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine.
The 25 m² terrace in front of the living and kitchen area is accessible via wide sliding windows. The terrace is also equipped with very attractive garden furniture such as a dining set, lounge seating group and sun loungers. From there you’ll have an exceptionally beautiful view into the very well-kept garden and a partial sea view.

The sandy beach “Du Vieux Moulin” – a smaller, less frequented bay – is only 100 m away and can be easily reached on foot in approx. 3 minutes. From there, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the entire bay of Saint Tropez.
The nearest bakery “Tarte Tropézienne” is approx. 2,100 m away and the large shopping center “La Foux” is approx. 4.5 km away. Numerous restaurants and two spacious beaches can be found in Port-Grimaud, approx. 3 km away, and hotspot no. 1 St. Tropez is reachable in appr. 8 km.
