Wonderful stay

Very nice place, very cozy and great atmosphere, enjoyed it a lot. Great location in Söller. Host was very helpful and responsive. Definitely recommend.

Amazing stay in Soller

Soller is a beautiful town in the best part of Mallorca. The property is well positioned to town and the port and easily accessible. The house is well equipped with all you need and the pool is a bonus at this time of year. Stephan is an exceptional host, welcoming and readily available to respond to any questions. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we look forward to returning.

Lovely stay in a charming town

The property has a lot to recommend it - quiet location about 10 min walk to the centre, nicely decorated, clean, charming backyard with small pool and citrus trees, well-equipped kitchen, a host who responds quickly and helpfully to questions. Finding the property and getting in is a bit challenging, but pretty typical of the area, as the streets are incredibly narrow - taxi drivers from Palma may take awhile to find it. There are two bedrooms, one upstairs in the main structure and the other in a pool house in the backyard, with a high-quality foam mattress. It worked well for us for a spring walking holiday.

Magnificent Mallorca

Everything about Can Ruega was amazing. Best pool ever. Lovely secluded garden, stylish villa. Five minutes walk to square. Access and parking could be regarded as challenging by I managed ok. Just go - you go, you won’t regret it.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Sóller

Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert, da die Lage sehr gut ist.Die Fotos geben die Realität zu 100% wieder. Restaurants,Geschäfte,Supermärkte, Bäcker etc. sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist besonders hervorzuheben! Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und würden wieder kommen.

Kleines Paradies in Soller

Die Finca ist wunderschön eingerichtet und entspricht vollkommen den Bildern auf Fewo. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, da alles im Haus vorhanden war und der Vermieter zudem sehr hilfsbereit und äußert schnell erreichbar war. Die Finca ist liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, sodass man sich direkt heimisch fühlt. Die offene Küche zum Garten lädt direkt zum kochen ein und der schattige Platz zum Essen ist perfekt, um draußen zu dinnieren. Der Garten ist wie ein kleines Paradies angelegt und lädt mit seiner Idylle direkt ein zum entspannen. Vom Zitronenbaum über große Rosmarin-Büsche bis hin zum kleinen Teich mit Fröschen und Fischen lädt der Garten zum Erkunden ein. Der große Pool ist so groß, dass man einige Züge schwimmen kann. Zudem ist er so erfrischend kühl, dass man es selbst bei 40 Grad Hitze aushält. Unser Tip lautet: Unbedingt ein kleines Auto wählen und der Wegbeschreibung des Vermieters folgen. 4 Gehminuten von der Finca entfernt fährt die kleine Straßenbahn Richtung Port de Soller oder Palma ab. Port de Soller lädt mit schönen Restaurants zum Dinnieren ein. Die Tips vom Vermieter waren unschlagbar! Zusammengefasst würden wir die Finca jederzeit wieder empfehlen! Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und stets freundlich. 7 Tage waren definitiv zu wenig!

A sanctuary in a wonderful valley

We loved our week long stay in Stephan’s house. The house is beautifully appointed but it is the back yard that really captured us. It is a very pretty pool and garden area with stunning mountains in the background. It was so peaceful to sit at the outside dinning table and look out to the yard and beyond. Soller is a lovely village with lots of good restaurants plus the port is also great. Lots of great walks and drives. Stephan was very helpful and replied very quickly to any queries that we had. Would recommend. PS if hiring a car I recommend a very small car as the village roads are VERY narrow.

Ideale Basis für einen entspannten Mallorca-Urlaub

Was sind wir froh, dass wir uns für zwei Wochen entschieden haben. Eine Woche hätte niemals gereicht, um Haus, Garten, Pool und Zitronenbaum ausreichend zu genießen. Oft genug vermitteln Fotos einen falschen Eindruck vom Objekt- hier definitiv nicht. Es ist alles so passend und geschmackvoll und entspricht dem auf FeWo vermittelten Eindruck. Auch die Lage ist perfekt: diverse Bäcker, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das Zentrum von Sóller und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen sehr gut geeignet - und nachmittags ab an den Pool mit Sonne bis zum Abend. Die kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich am ersten Tag oft mühsam zusammenholen muss (Wasser, Wein, Kaffee, Gewürze u.ä. - alles da) Auch wir raten - wegen der engen Gassen - nicht zu einem allzu repräsentativen, großen Mietwagen.

bis auf die vielen Mücken die wir hatten. Mückenstecker und -spray waren sehr wichtig. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren sehr sauber und komplett! Super nahe zum Marktplatz 😎 Unterstützung durch Vermieter prima. Empfehlung: kleines Auto nehmen wegen Parksituation. Gerne wieder.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus in zentraler Lage von Soller

Gut ausgestattetes und nett eingerichtetes, kleines, typisch Mallorquinisches Stadthaus mitten in Soller mit tollem Garten und großem Pool. Der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit und konnte zudem auch tolle Restaurant-Tipps geben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Stilvolles Idyll - tolle Sicht in die Berge!

Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurde hier ein Ort zum Entspannen und Geniessen geschaffen. Der Garten mit Pool und Zitronenbäumen ist toll besonnt und wunderbar, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Das Haus ist praktisch und sehr geschmack- und liebevoll ausgestattet. Wir verbrachten mit 2 Kindern hier eine ganz schöne Sommerzeit. Der Vermieter beantwortet schnell und äusserst nett und ausführlich Fragen. Rundum hat alles total gestimmt! Vielen herzlichen Dank!

Wunderschönes Kleinod

Das Ferienhaus am Rande der Altstadt Soller ist wirklich ein wunderschöner, idyllischer Ort. Wir kamen an und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Das Kleinod ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit vielen besonderen Details eingerichtet und ausgesucht. Der Garten ist traumhaft schön, der Pool hat genau die richtige Größe und auch unsere Freunde, die uns für ein paar Tage besucht haben, fühlten sich im kleinen Gartenhaus sehr wohl. Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal hier.

Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen

Ein wunderschönes Haus ganz in der Nähe des Zentrums von Soller . Hier auf der Placa haben wir den Abend oft ausklingen lassen und haben es genossen, nach wenigen Minuten wieder zurück in dem gemütlichen Haus zu sein.Die Einrichtung hat einen hohen Standard, eine gelungene Mischung aus Tradition und moderner Architektur, gute Betten, hochwertig ausgestattete Badezimmer, ein Garten mit Sonnen- und Schattenplätzen, ein gepflegter Pool.Das Gartenhäuschen mit dem zweiten Schlafzimmer und eigenem Bad war für uns ideal. So hatte jeder seinen Bereich für sich und konnte sich auch einmal ganz zurückziehen. Meine Schwester und ich fühlten uns sehr willkommen. Wein und Wasser auf dem Tisch, ein prasselndes Feuer im Ofen- ein warmer Empfang! Der Vermieter Stephan Batin war sehr freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ich kann das Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Unbedingt ein kleines Auto mieten, da die Strassen sehr eng sind.

Einfach perfekt

Genauso mag ich es zu wohnen - stilvoll, praktisch, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Außerdem super zentral, trotzdem ruhig und privat. Mit tollen Tipps für den Ort und einer super Anbindung in die Berge. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ich komme wieder!

Mediterranes "Wohlfühl-Paradies"

Dieses herrliche Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Wir waren 5 Tage zum "Kurzurlaub" dort und unsere Erwartungen sind mehr als übertroffen worden. Der süße Pool umringt von Zitronenbäumchen, die inspirierende 1A Einrichtung mit dem lichtdurchfluteten Essbereich, die gemütliche Loungeecke und das charmante Poolhaus haben diesen Trip einfach perfekt gemacht. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb sehr wohl dort und kommt in diese entspannte Urlaubsmood! Außerdem legen wir großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und die war absolut gegeben. Was wir aber am meisten schätzen, war die Privatsphäre, die man dort genießen kann. Abends kann man herrlich in den umliegenden, malerischen Städchen flanieren und den Flair Mallorca´s genießen! 100% Weiterempfehlung - wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder:)
