The charming country house is nestled in nature at the foot of the Kampenwand.
With the fantastic view over the entire Chiemsee and adjacent Chiemgau landscapes.

Accommodation for the highest demands: The holiday home with the wonderful, quiet location in Chiemgau. A promising prerequisite for a stylish and relaxing holiday on the beautiful Chiemsee.

Equipment: The house has it all - loving country house style furnishings of first-class materials contribute to a cozy atmosphere. Living space approx. 220 square meters, two living rooms with a fireplace. There are three bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 children's room with a French bed. A total of two bathrooms with shower / toilet. TV, DVD, stereo, telephone, free WiFi and a dishwasher.

The house has a large furnished terrace. The property extends over 700 square meters, dogs are only allowed on the ground floor and in the garden.

Unser Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus der Familie Wörndl war traumhaft schön. Das Haus war sehr gut ausgestattet, der Service sehr liebevoll und herzlich. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Die Gegend lud zum Radfahren, Schwimmen, Wandern, Stand Up Paddeling und Shoppen in den nahelliegenden Outlets ein Es gab sogar eine tolle Katze auf dem Hof ,die sehr zutraulich und verschmust war. Alles in Allem 7 Sterne von 5.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Chiemsee
Wir haben bei schlechtem Wetter einen schönen Familienurlaub verbracht. Das Haus hat alles, was es braucht. Wir waren etwas erstaunt, dass die Wohnung im ersten und zweiten Stock liegt. Der Eingang zur Wohnung über eine Treppe zu erreichen ist. Das Haus liegt aber am Hang, so dass es vom Wohnzimmer ebenerdig in den Garten geht. Dass man im Haus nicht alleine ist, merkt man nicht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

MTB-Gruppe EK1 im Chiemgau
Alles Bestens, gut organisiert. Gutes Restaurant direkt nebenan. Eine sagenhafte Aussicht auf den Chiemsee. Wir waren 1 Woche zum Mountainbiken dort. Tolles Revier, wenn es in die Berge geht, wirds ziemlich schnell anspruchsvoll.

Wir waren 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder.Platz für uns alle war reichlich vorhanden.Das Grundstück war so gr0ß um Kobb Spile zu machen,Auf dem Hügel herrliche Sonneuntergänge zu beobachten.Ausserdem war es sehr ruhig.

Das Haus befindet sich in traumhafter Lage mit phantastischem Ausblick auf den Chiemsee! Die oberen Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind groß und sehr gut eingerichtet. Im unteren Geschoss ist leider nur das Esszimmer mit dem tollen Ausblick ein Highlight. Diverse andere Räume waren bei unserer Ankunft abgeschlossen. Dazu gehörte auch das untere Schlafzimmer. Auf unser Bitte hin, wurde es aufgesperrt mit der Aussage, dass oben doch eigentlich genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten wären… Für uns überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar Räume eines Objektes zu beschreiben, die einem dann verwehrt bleiben und für die man ja auch einen gewissen Preis bezahlt! Das untere Schlafzimmer stellte sich letztendlich als Katastrophe raus. Das Lattenrost war defekt und die Matratze hatte eine tiefe Kuhle in der Mitte, was für ein Objekt dieser Klassifizierung unmöglich ist. Haben dies beim Auschecken bemängelt und die schöne Antwort bekommen, dass wir wohl zu schwer für dieses Bett seien. Der Garten war sehr groß und gepflegt! Die Umgebung ist sehr hübsch.

Wohnung in Spitzenlage bräuchte mal ein update
Insgesamt sehr schön, die Lage würde auch 6 Sterne verdienen. Die Wohnung ist groß und prinzipiell qualitativ gut ein update scheint aber etwas überfällig (verkalkte Duschauslässe, schlecht/kaum zu öffnende Fenster, defekte Aussenjalousien, defekter Whilpool, etc.) und die Reinigung könnte bei Kühlschrank und Co besser ausfallen. Das sind aber insgesamt eher Kleinigkeiten, auf die man bei einer nicht billigen frisch mit 5 Sternen ausgezeichneten Wohnung als Gast aber achtet. Bitte nur als gut gemeintes feedback von Urlauberseite sehen. Wir können die Wohnung dennoch empfehlen...

Die Lage der Wohnung und die Aussicht auf den Chiemsee ist einmalig! Die Wohnung an sich ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber zweckmäßig. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit! Dankeschön.

An excellent apartment and location.
The location is excellent with fantastic view. Rooms are large and comfortable. Restaurant next door was very good. Our only concern was finding someone who spoke any English. We would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others. Great for group needing 3 or 4 bedrooms.

Gorgeous view with plenty of room for a family
We loved our stay here during our 14 day trek through Bavaria. We only stayed for three nights. Our teens were thrilled to finally have their own rooms and WiFi. I enjoyed access to a washer and dryer. The views are beautiful and we enjoyed the walking path each night. The hotel restaurant is conveniently located across the parking lot with a lovely patio. We ended up going to the grocery store so we did not use the restaurant. We visited Herrenchiemsee, Eagle’s Nest, Salsburgwerks Salt mine tour, and Konigsee boat tour. It was a great location for visiting Munich or Salzburg as well though we didn’t have time for it all! Everything is as described in pictures. Speaking German in this region is helpful but we were able to get by without.

Herrlich gelegenes Ferienhaus mit viel Platz zum Wohlfühlen und sehr freundlichem Gastgeber.
Alles wunderbar und aus unserer Sicht sogar noch besser als auf den Bildern.
