Each day begins with a beautiful sunrise reflecting off the ocean at this meticulously maintained and beautifully renovated 1920 sq/ft 3 Bed - 3 Ba Condo with garage parking and private elevator. Sleeps 6 with 1 king bed and two queen beds. This amazing location boasts incredible ocean views - just steps to main beach, restaurants, playground, Putt Putt, Fort Clinch Park, The Greenway and pickleball/tennis courts. Fernandina Beach’s charming historic downtown district is only two miles away.

Different than other rentals this is also our part-time home, newly renovated, clean, and fully equipped with everything to make your stay comfortable. We have provided 6 beach chairs, umbrella and cart to use during your stay with us.

Wonderful Thanksgiving stay

Condo was perfect for our family Thanksgiving at the beach. The kitchen was well appointed and had the cookware needed to make meals. Comfortable beds and bedding. A great stay, would certainly recommend!

Amazing place to stay!

The property is amazing! Steps away from the beach and delicious restaurants. The hosts provided almost anything that you could need. Communication was great, with a long list of restaurants for every occasion and places to visit. We will definitely be staying again!

Beautiful Condo in Perfect Location

Our stay at this condo was amazing. To start with, parking was very easy. There is ample parking directly in front of the building, and the stay includes a parking spot in the garage under the condo. The garage has an elevator with direct access to the condo unit, which made packing and unpacking so easy. The first thing you notice upon entering the condo is how big it is. There is so much space! The next thing you notice is just how beautiful the condo itself is. The kitchen has been recently updated. The decor is tastefully beach-themed. The bedrooms are spacious and nicely appointed, and the bathrooms have plenty of room too. You can tell that this condo is lived in and loved. The kitchen is well stocked, there are plenty of beach chairs and toys, and the mattresses are top-notch. Now for the location. The location of this condo is perfect. The beautiful beach is right out front with views from the balcony and main bedroom. Every day we took the kids the three minute walk down to the beach. What is also so great about this location is proximity to downtown. It’s a straight shot, less than 10 minutes. The only negative we had about this place was that the pool was cold. The beach was so nice that we didn’t really feel the need to use it. We didn't have a single issue during our stay that required us to contact the hosts. But leading up to our stay, communication was great. In summation, this was one of, if not the best, condo we have ever stayed in.

Yearwood Family Vacation 2022

We enjoyed staying at the condo for our vacation at Amelia Island. It was beautifully decorated, had ample dishes, pots, & pans, coffee maker, washer & dryer, and close to the beach. The only negative was the condo swimming pool! It looked disgusting- leaves and debris in pool, and brown looking algae growing on the sides of the pool. We definitely did not get to take a swim!

Perfect Condo

An absolutely perfect condo to stay in. Extremely clean, organized & well stocked with quality towels, linens and kitchen pots/pans/dishes/utensils. They even had quality beach chairs, umbrellas and towels for us to use. The view was amazing and the location does not get any better. By far one of the best condos that we have stayed in. Thank you for sharing your happy place!

Beach Oasis

The home was very convenient to the beach as the ocean was directly across the street. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is very nice for each guest. Going to nearby downtown restaurants required just a short drive. And, there are two local restaurants adjacent to the property. The home was cleaned and furnished with all the needed amenities. Would definitely rent this home again.

Great place to stay with family and friends. Right across from beach 60 seconds and it's sand time. Management is on the spot to answer any questions you have even during the stay.

Great Beach Property

We have stayed in dozens of rentals and this is the best-equipped place ever. Everything was brand new and very clean. The owners and managers were friendly and helpful. You can hear and see the waves from the balcony and it is 1 block away from 2 restaurants and the public beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We are new to Fernandina Beach as a homeowner however we have been vacationing here for many years. We haven’t found a more quaint location that’s not too crowded yet everything you need. The locals are extremely friendly and has been very easy to make friends with the shop and restaurant owners.

Why they chose this property

We spent most of a year searching for an ideal location. We searched lots, single-family and condos in and around the beach. We could not have found a more ideal home; location; beach; spacious 3bd/3Ba.

What makes this property unique

We keep coming back to location being everything but it’s so true! Beach; Next door to two great beach style restaurants, Salt Life and Sandbar; less than two miles to additional highly rated restaurants featuring any cuisine you desire; Shops; Bars; etc.
