1queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 twin bed and a futon that extends out into a full size bed. Perfect place for families, fishing trips and tournament fishermen. Watts Bar Lake access with a boat ramp is less than 1 minute away (the property is not lake front). Extra large parking to accommodate multiple vehicles and boats with a 20 x 20 carport. Visit Lake Chickamauga and launch your boat at Dayton Boat Dock within 25 minutes. We also offer a covered boat slip rental at Arrowhead resort for an additional $25 per day. Great location worked perfectly

We’ve stayed there on 3 separate occasions for fishing tournaments on Watts Bar. Perfect location just around the corner from ramp. Always clean and parking for multiple boats and trucks.

2nd visit, very nice!

This was our second time here and everything was the same as the first, and that is, FANTASTIC! Very clean, quiet, and had everything we needed. We love Watts Bar Lake and will stay here again in the future.

Last minute vacation

It was very easy to rent this property and the check in was very easy also. We were there for a little fishing trip and the location was right on as the owner said. The boat ramp was a less than a minute away. My wife was able to walk to it very easy. Overall it was a great place and hopeing to rent this property again next year.

Clean and comfy near the lake

As a fisherman who just wants a clean and comfortable place to stay, this met my expectations in every way. Cindy was great to work with, so the entire experience was quite enjoyable

Overall experience

Interior was clean and updated. Good stock of things to take care of cooking, showering, and washer dryer available. Vinyl floors were a nice surprise. AC worked well. Accommodations were good for the 3 adults that used it as a jump off point for other activities.

Great little place to stay

Stayed here while working in the area. Was going to stay a lot longer, but do to my own procrastination, someone booked it and cut my stay short. But I definitely wish I would have gotten to stay longer. Very nice place and Cindy was very helpful
