This beautifully spacious home sits on a very large waterfront lot on the northern tip of AMI. The house is embedded in a natural landscape.
The fully air-conditioned house has two air conditioners and parking spaces in front of the house. It was completely renovated in 2015. You have 4 bedrooms with 2 baths, large open kitchen, French doors from nearly all rooms to the pool area, TV in the living room and in the two master bedrooms, free WIFI and short walking distance to Bay and Gulf Beaches.
Terrace dining table for 8 people, pool lounge chairs and outdoor chairs, charcoal barbecue, pool- and beach equipment - everything for your personal convenience to make the most beautiful days of the year as pleasant as possible.

Joy of Anna Maria

I have been coming to the Island for 45 years with family and friends. It’s beautiful here and the property that I have stayed at is beautiful and was amazed at the renovation after the hurricanes. Looking forward to staying next year.

A great stay!

This house was wonderful! Great location to Bean Point beach and close to Pine Avenue shopping. The house was clean and communication was easy with the owners/property managers. Thank you for a wonderful time!

Manatee channel home

The house has the space needed for 2 families (of 4). We alternated one of our daughters to sleep on the couch (it would be nice to have a double and a twin in the spare room-for this reason). The yard is maintained and is in a quiet residential neighborhood. The dock off the back of the house was nice to view manatee (but not for fishing...nothing was caught) lol The house is a bit dated (it seems the owners are slowly updating it). Beds were comfy and nice linens! (Could use a few extra blankets though). Overall we enjoyed our stay, it was close to the beach, walkable for morning walks, and quiet for time to unwind after the beach).

Great location

Very clean at check in. Nice backyard with canal access (we saw plenty of manatees!). Pool was cleaned professionally twice during our stay. We enjoyed the easy access to Pine St as well as many beaches on the north end. We rented bikes from Beach Bums and zipped around the north end. One note, make sure you like firm mattresses. All the beds are very firm. I’m a soft mattress gal so this was a little difficult for me.

Perfect week in paradise!

Stayed a whole week at the beautiful house on the canal. Location was great and everything was spacious and clean. Was nice that pool was shaded part of the afternoon. Saw lots of wildlife around the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

This was our 3rd time to the island. It was great! Being on the canal was so nice. Lots of space for everyone. VERY clean which we all appreciate! Close enough to walk to the beach. The only thing I can think of is that it could have used a new beach wagon and beach chairs. My husband’s chair broke while sitting in it and the wagon was broke on arrival but my husband was able to sorta fix it temporarily. But those are tiny details. Overall would rent again! The pool heater broke and was promptly fixed the next morning. Thank you!!

Always a great stay!

This is our second visit to this property after staying about 7-8 times in other properties. The location as well as the property grounds keep us coming back! We’re already booked at this home for the third straight year for next year! Great hosts!

Location, Location, Location

The location of this house was absolutely perfect! Close enough to the beach and shops that you never really had to get in the car, but felt secluded on the north side of the island. We rented bikes and had the best time riding to the beach, shopping and ice cream! The back yard is beautiful and water access for fishing was great. We saw manatees off the dock almost daily. The house was nice and clean. We didn’t love having to go to another location to pick up the door code. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to get to the house amd settle in to start our vacation. I called the property manager on the first day and left a message with some questions but never got a return call, that said, we ended up figuring things out on our own. Overall, we would totally rent this house again. Thanks for an amazing stay!

Wonderful Home

We had a great time at your wonderful home we loved the spaciousness of it and my family loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. I have been renting here for over ten years and love the area. We really like the fact that we didn’t have to climb stairs . Will be back next year.

Our New Place to Stay!

We cannot say enough about staying at this beautiful home! We absolutely loved it! It was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in; the host was exceptional to work with as well as the property management company, and the layout of the home was exactly what we wanted. One level, very open, not a lot of sit around decor, but nicely decorated (great with the 2 year old), comfortable, amazing outdoor pool and dock...just an overall exceptional experience. The location was quiet, but close to everything. Thanks for an amazing visit to Anna Maria. We will be staying here again for sure!!!

North Anna Maria is the place to be!

This cute little house was perfect for two families. Within walking distance to bean point beach and beach area at the bay. We did rent a golf cart for the week. The dock is small, but we saw manatees and caught some fish. The pool is great, but definitely hot in the afternoon. The open floor plan of the house was conducive for all. It was nice to have a split floor plan for the adults and bathrooms. The north point of the island is more residential and private. Highly recommend! The owners were easy to work with. We hope to be back!

The property is very clean and I’m hard to please! Location is perfect, short walk to beach access, the house is all around well kept and the kitchen actually has enough stuff for you to cook and serve your family. This has been the best property we have booked over the last couple years!

We enjoyed the location of the house - on the canal and very close to bay and gulf side beaches. Backyard and pool were very nice, pool toys and towels were a nice touch. Beds comfy. Check in required an extra stop at the property management office to pick up the entry code.

We had a great experience/vacation that will go down as one of the best yet! Location was great, convenience to get the beach, stores, restaurants were all in walking distance or short drive. A great stay in a great house.

We really enjoyed staying in this property. We had 2 families so the 4 bedroom layout was perfect. The pool is very nice as is the access to the canal. If there were anything we would have changed it would have been more comfortable seating in the main TV area. But to say that bothered us would be a lie! We very much so enjoyed our stay! Thank you and we are looking forward to coming back again next year and staying at this same property!

Review of Poinsettia

Enjoyed our stay very much! The house was nice and roomy with a large kitchen. I would recommend adding some more bath towels and wash cloths ( there were only 2). The only complaint I have is that the yard really needed some attention. There were tons of weeds growing up throughout the yard and the patios.

Great location, great backyard, great house, lots of wildlife!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Location was great, though a bit of a walk to the beach (no straight path) but we knew that going in. We really enjoyed the dock and canal access. My husband and sons fished from the dock. They didn’t catch anything but two cat fish all week but had fun and so combiner to fish from the backyard. We also rented a kayak for the week and enjoyed quiet time paddling around in the morning and early evenings. Plus the wildlife was fantastic! We had an egret that popped in most days for a visit at the pool and manatee that hung at our dock one afternoon, as well as various other birds and lizards of course. A short bike ride to Pine street and Ginny’s and Jane’s for breakfast while still be nestled in the quiet streets of the north side of the island. The property was sufficiently cleaned (and I’m a stickler). There were some dust bunnies under the beds but that didn’t bother us at all. I wasn’t thrilled with the checkin process. You have to stop by a local real estate office to be able to check in. However it’s just to pick up your code. After traveling all day and wrestling the island traffic, stopping anywhere stinks, ESPECIALLY since it’s just for a code. I can’t imagine there isn’t a way to send the code electronically somehow. I get security issues but I’ve stayed in LOTS of VRBOs and pretty much all of them send it this electronically. Also, the ice maker is very slow (not 100% that it worked at all actually) but there’s plenty of ice trays provided. The WiFi was also fairly spotty. We brought a fire stick hoping to log into Netflix for the kids when they needed a break from the sun and outdoors (pool is in the shade in the afternoon though which was the perfect retreat from the sun on the beach all day). That’s probably more of an island issue but just a note for future tenants. But those are VERY small complaints for an otherwise excellent house! I would 100% recommend a stay here! (There’s also a shed filled with random beach and pool toys/equipment, including a pop up canopy. They don’t guarantee anything of course but it’s a nice bonus!)

Great house in perfect location

This house was just as described and perfect for our family vacation. Plenty of room for all of us. The pool was perfect and we enjoyed our daily visit from the local egret! Sitting on the dock was enjoyable and entertaining watching the fish jump out of the water. The location was a short 5-10 minute walk to the beautiful Bean Beach, best beach for low crowds and gorgeous sunsets. Also a quick bike or car ride to Pine street where there are many shops and eateries and to the fishing dock.
