Welcome to River Dance, a beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo located on the main floor of a large mountain lodge called Rustic River Lodge. Enjoy the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort in the heart of the Smoky Mountains. This spacious condo features an open-concept living area and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Step outside onto your private deck to enjoy breathtaking peaceful view, a BBQ grill, Hot tub and a large Smart TV—perfect for relaxing or entertaining with family and friends.

River Dance is located on the middle floor of a 3-story lodge. Each floor has its own private entrance, while the backyard and driveway are shared among guests.

All adult guests over 18 (not only the guest making the booking) in the party must provide a valid, not-expired, State Govt issued ID driver's license or ID card within 24 hours of making the reservation. This ID must contain a clear picture and current address of the individual and be well lit and easy to read. Guests will also need to register on our registration form and agree to our house rules within 24 hours of making their bookings. We are required to collect this information and if we do not receive in a timely manner the booking is subject to cancelation and refunds will only be issued in accordance with our cancelation policy. Guests traveling from overseas may submit a passport. No military or employer IDs will be accepted.
