Beautiful home right on Ulster Heights Lake in the gorgeous Catskill mountains of upstate New York. Four bedrooms, eight beds, as well as two living room spaces with two convertible couches.
Enjoy canoeing, rowboating, hiking swimming and fishing as well as campfires on our property! We provide the canoe and rowboats as well as life jackets!
We also have six two bedroom cabins available so that you can host a large family reunion or other events!

I am a high school science teacher and single dad with a love of nature and the outdoors. I moved up here to the majestic Catskill mountains last year and purchased this gorgeous property on the shore of Ulster Heights Lake, one of the most pristine, cleanest lakes in upstate New York.
I give canoeing and fishing lessons, as well as mushroom gathering and identification hikes and walks around our area, and am available to show you around! I really enjoy creating experiences in nature for my guests. Can't wait to see you guys here!

Why they chose this property
I grew up coming to this property with my mom as a child every summer, from age 2 to around 13. We rented one of the cabins and spent summers swimming, fishing, and row boating on this incredibly beautiful lake. Here is where I fell in love with nature..
What makes this property unique
Not only do we have the beautiful luxury 4 bedroom brick house, but we also have 6 cozy two-bedroom cabins as an optional addition.
The best thing about out property is the location right on the lake! We have a paddle boat, a canoe, and 3 row boats, and provide our guests with oars and lifejackets if requested! We have a large field where you can make a campfire or even set up a tent if you'd like! We have a trampoline for kids and adults to enjoy, as well as swings and a slide for kids!
